Landscaping project turns deadly for plants

COMPLAINT: Karen Pollasky, Brookfield, Wis.

"I hired Kelly's Greenscapes to do some landscaping. They charged me for four hydrangeas and only put in two. I e-mailed them letting them know that the two that were planted died and I wanted them replaced.

"They also agreed to move some of my trees - and I paid them a fortune to do so - and the 22-year-old dwarf Alberta spruce trees died within a month. They also put in a fence upside down and had to fix it. They did some good things, but I feel I was overcharged."

DESIRED RESOLUTION: "I want the four hydrangeas that I paid for."
