" POOR. Contacted the company receieved a message indicating someone would return the call by noon. I received a call back that same afternoon, the person on the other end asked me where I lived and stated she could not give me any information because she needed to speak to the owner, and that she would call me back to set up a time when the owner could come out to give an estimate. She never callled back, and to date I have not heard from the owner. This company is unreliable and clearly not professional. As a result of their lack of responsiveness, I hired another company to build a 50 foot long 4 feet tall retainer wall, concrete around my entire home and rebuild my patio. It's unfortunate that a named was not so gracious to a Milwaukee resident."

"We met them at a home show. They came out and gave some good design ideas. They stuck to the price that they quoted. They did everything on time and were professional. They did a nice job. We had a little bit of an issue with the wall one winter; they came back almost a year later and adjusted it. They were good to work with."

"The patio was well done and I am happy with it. I had received estimates from other companies and Integrity was a bit more expensive but what they did do was very well done and you get what you pay for. "

"They came when they said they would. It went very smoothly, and I had alot of confidence in them based on how the worked so professionally. And each day before they left, they cleaned the work area, which is important to me. Too many times I have hired people who leave a big mess behind them."

"The experience was superb. The landscape architect was responsive, listened to our preferences, and adjusted the plans accordingly; he guided us on color and material choices that came together perfectly. The workers were on time, put in a full days work, despite scorching heat; they cleaned up before they left each day (even used a blower on the driveway); We received updates on progress and what would happen next, almost daily. Throughout the project neighbors and strangers commented on the design and the quality of the work. We can't say enough about our experience. The customer service was top notch. The transformation of our property was amazing. The workmanship outstanding. We are thrilled with the outcome and would strongly recommend working with and to whomever asked."

"I had a retaining wall put in so that my window well and yard would not flood due to storms. I am extremely happy that finished the job when they said they would. It saved me from serious flooding in my basement. was very nice and courteous. He was a bit late for the first estimate but was extremely apologetic about the situation. He had (an employee) start on the day we agreed upon and finished in a timely manner. The work performed did wonders to the look of my yard (besides being functional) I can't say enough about the professionalism from and . Although young in age, I was impressed with their maturity and serious approach to their profession. I have already told several friends about this company."

"I called for an estimate and they sent to meet with me a few days later. We discussed the project and walked the grounds and he asked a lot of questions and took a lot of notes. When we decided to go with their bid they were able to schedule the work very quickly - within one week.
They took only 2.5 days to complete the work, which was astounding to me. They were highly efficient and followed the plan exactly. They cleaned up each day and appeared cheerful and professional.
I am elated with the quality of the work and the speed with which they were able to complete the job! Typically, with such a large undertaking, there's something that goes wrong or isn't up to your expectations, but everything went perfectly! On the few details where there was miscommunication, and the crew quickly adjusted so that I was completely happy with the finished work."

" was professional and pleasant to work with. He was very understanding and patient with all my questions and concerns. The project started in January 2009 and extended thru May 2009 which was a bit longer than we expected but there were some unforseen staffing and product delivery issues along the way. We were patient with these issues as we would rather have the project done correctly than quickly and we definitely received a quality product.
My only complaint is that I had hoped to maintain a relationship with the Company and have them continue maintenance and redo our front yard but when a drainage issue came to light I contacted by email and never heard back from him."

"Things went well. We had come out and give us an estimate. We had him give us an estimate of several different pieces of a larger project that we needed to do, so that we could do what we could afford. He was very accommodating and helpful. I communicated with him through email, because that is the easiest way for me. He was very willing to do this. Otherwise we would have played phone tag constantly. We had done some parts of the project and then we have an estimate and the materials to do the rest of the project next Summer."

"Staff were generally personable and courteous, but disorganized and often late. The electrician who installed the outlet put it in front of the area that the fountain was supposed to go, so there is a junction box sticking up at the of the patio. He refused to move it when requested. Three young men did most of the preparatory work for the patio. During my initial discussions with the contractor, I was clear on several points: the patio should drain into the side gardens, the soil should prepared for the plantings(remove impacted clay soil and replace with dirt that I provided), and all the old soil that was excavated was to be removed from the property. The contractor was also to deliver all materials for the patio. Later however, the contractor said he didn't have the cash, and asked me to order the patio blocks and pay to have them delivered. He ordered more than twice as many blocks as were needed, which had to be returned. He also had issues with removing the excavated clay soil. He piled some of it against the neighbors house, where the shrubs were to go. When it came time to settle, he wanted to charge extra for removing it. The plan was changed several times(I had to do my own drawing)and when it was time to the blocks, it became clear that the contractor had not figured out in advance how they would be laid out. The blocks were not set close enough together, and there is a big gap between the sidewalk and the patio(1/2 inch). I was told they could not dig a trench for the shrubs, but that they would dig an adequate sized hole for each one. Except for three large plants, the shrubs were supposed to be 2 feet apart, but were planted closer(14"). If the holes had been dug according to the planting instructions that came with them, they would have had a trench by default. Immediately after the shrubs were planted, I found that when I watered them, instead of soaking into the ground, the water poured off the top and pooled onto the patio. Before the contractor completed the job, I let him know of my concern that the ground had not been properly prepared and the shrubs would not have proper drainage to survive. He did not take any action. Within a couple of weeks, the shrubs started turning brown. In addition, I found that water pools on the patio. A brief inspection revealed impacted clay soil surrounding the shrubs. I emailed the contractor to express my concern. He responded on the phone, and said it was "normal" for them to do that, and did not offer to check out the situation."
