Then, all they did in November was measure some stuff, miss more promised dates, and ignore more of my calls. In January, I complained to the BBB. That finally lit a fire under this company to finish the job. They ...more still dragged it out until February. This was the worst contractor experience ever! I asked up front if they stayed at the jobsite from start to finish. They said yes. They lied."
