"It took about five days from the time I dropped the shirts off to when I picked them up. The counter attendant was friendly and the shirts turned out very well. The price seemed reasonable."

"I walked in with a coupon for a discount on bed spreads from another cleaner. I understood that Natural Dry Cleaners honors all coupons. I had a down comforter. I was told right away by the woman at the desk that the coupon would not be honored for down. That's it. I walked out."

Have had no problems so far with quality, stains are removed, shirts are well-ironed and hung, material is handled gently. On one occasion, they even replaced a missing button without charge. The people working on the dry cleaning machines pointed me to the office. I walked around wires and a big fan to find the representative that I spoke with earlier. She remembered my call. I asked about getting in and I was told to use the fenced area if the door was locked. When I returned to pick up my suit - the back door was locked and the fenced area, around the corner, was closed also. There were people inside and it was during business hours, but no one could hear my hollers over the machines. When I used my cell phone to call the office, no one answered so I left. I returned the next day and found the back door propped open again. I picked up my suit and left. I would prefer to use a different site for drop off and pick up, even though it is further from my home. The work was good."
