"It went bad from the start! On 5/24 
came to tear off the two layers of our roof. They didn't take any precautios to protect our house. We had black "scuff" over all over our vinyl siding and brand new front door. Our landscape on the side of our house was destroyed as well. We told them about it and they used a chemical called Oops to clean off the scuffs (which is not safe to use on vinyl siding). This caused severe clouding and obvious "spots" all over our siding. We again brought it to their attention and they used another chemical to try to clean it up. I contacted several other roofing companies and they told me it was permantely damaged. I told , the owner of , and he disagreed. He wanted to continue trying several other cleaners and I refused. I didn't want it to get damaged worse nor did I feel comfortable anymore. We discussed our options and couldn't come to a resolution. In the meantime, our roof became an issue. It started leaking with the first rainfall after our roof was completed. So I brought this up to . He came over and looked at it and they cauked it and said that should fix it. Well it didn't!! We have a visible "hole" or space around the chimney where you can actually put your fingers in from the inside our attic and see your fingers on the outside of the roof. Which means there was still an issue and water was still going to be getting in or leaking in. This was again brought up to and with a lot of calling and pressuring came out again. His solution again was adding more cauk to fill the holes. The results again were that the roof was still leaking. So once again it was brought up to 's attention. We arranged for a meeting at our house to discuss our options. It became a heated discussion and and his sub-contractor Bill were not happy with what I was saying so they both got into their vehicles and drove away speeding and squeeling their tires. We tried to contact him to let him know that the roof was still leaking and he didn't do anything. This was our last contact with and . So we contacted 's insurance company. His insurance company came out to the house, looked at the roof and said he did a bad job. The insurance company told us that they don't cover bad work so we needed to contact to get something worked out with him. The insurance company would cover the siding and the landscaping that got damaged but at a pro-rated rate. We never heard back from the insurance company and left several voicemail messages etc. So now we only had one option and that was to contact an attorney. The attorney said we had a good case and we proceeded. The case came to mediation and we ended up wining. This has caused alot of stress and time for me and my family and I don't want this to happen to anyone else!!"

"They worked very quickly and effiiciently. kept me updated on what they were doing everyday, but often they were ahead of schedule so I would come home to pleasant surprises, like sparkling maple floors! They cleaned everyday and made sure the rest of the house did not get dusty. My only complaint was waiting for the countertops in the middle of the renovations, which stopped everything. I wish we had ordered them before everything started. Other than that, brought in great plumbers and electricians that I will use again. Overall, everyone showed a deep love, respect and knowledge of older homes. I'm definitely calling them for my next project."

"On 5/13/09 (approximately) my wife and I visited . We showed representatives a sketch of the granite vanity top we wanted. We were given an estimated cost and shown their selection of available granite. My wife selected the stone she wanted used. On 5/15/09 we returned to confirm our choice of granite piece and placed our order. A down payment of $427.26 was paid by check. We were told someone from would be at our home at 4 pm on 5/19/09 to measure for the vanity top. We were very pleased at how quickly they were going to do the work. No one from came to our home by 4:30 pm on 5/19/09. At 4:30 or 5 pm I called the office and was told someone would come right away. About 5:30 an employee did come and measured for the vanity top. On 5/28/09 or 5/29/09 we received a phone call from saying that we needed to come to their facility to make a final selection of the piece of granite to be used for the vanity top. When we arrived we were shown two small pieces. My wife didn?t like either piece. She went to the large piece she had originally selected and said she wanted the vanity cut from that piece. The Depot representative agreed and we signed a form regarding the material selected. On 6/1/09 the vanity top was installed by two employees. The balance due was paid by check. After the installers left we noticed a hole in the surface of the vanity top approximately 1/4 to 3/8 inches in diameter near the sink opening. There was also a larger area along the of the sink opening which was of a soft material. A piece fell out of it when I ran my finger nail along it. I called to request that someone come to repair the two defects in the vanity top. An employee was to come on 6/3/09 to do the repairs, but no one came. On 6/4/09 two employees arrived 12:30, without an appointment or prior notice, to make repairs. At the time we were just leaving for an appointment and we told them they couldn?t do the repairs then. The employees said they would return when they were in the neighborhood again. On 6/8/09 I called to set up an appointment for repairs. The person who answered the phone said ?when?? I said ?How about this afternoon?? Person said fine ? between 3 and 4. But no one came and no one called us. On 6/9/09 I again called to schedule an appointment for repairs. The person who answered the phone, not the one I spoke with the previous day, said someone would come on Thursday, 6/11/09. On 6/11/09 a repair person did come. He scrapped out the soft area on the counter top and filled in both holes. He did a good repair job ? as good as could be done under the circumstances. "

"We talked to numerous contractors, but really liked . They were not the cheapest, but gave good value for the money. was our salesperson and he was great. He took a picture of our old kitchen and was able to create a computer drawing of just what our new kitchen would look like. This was very helpful and allowed us to visualize our new kitchen. gave us great advice in picking out cabinets sink, hardware, floor, etc. At first I did not agree with his advice, but as we talked more and more I realized that he was right in virtually everything he told us. The work was done as scheduled and the workmen were prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. Cleanup was great and we had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend and . We now have a new kitchen and are very pleased with the result."

"He started on a Tuesday and said he'd be done when he was done. I didn't have a kitchen sink for nine days. Granted, it took a little longer because he had to put a counter top on, but he didn't even get the cabinets in for four days. I feel he was milking the hourly money. He told me it would be three days and it took nine. He tore everything out and then made me sign a proposal before he would install the sink. He kept telling me he would be done when he was done and was verbally abusive about it. I started leaving when he would be coming to the house and he made a sexually inappropriate comment. He would not handle questions well and would come and go as he pleased. He also never got rid of the old cabinets in the backyard. Also, there was white tile he did not replace, but I told him I would do the tiling because I wanted the job finished quicker so that he would leave quicker. I would give him high in workmanship, but low for professionalism."

"We hired to complete our kitchen remodeling project and were very happy with the results. The kitchen looks great! is a very honest guy and does high quality work. We own an older home and appreciated his flexibility and willingness to offer up suggestions. The work was done on-schedule and exactly at the price quoted. We would definitely recommend to anyone."

"We were impressed with the company when did the measuring for the estimate; he was very precise and had a set method. He was the only person who a map of our bathroom with measurements. When we went in to his store, helped us pick out tile and flooring. It was a very important to us that everything was in one place. We did not want to run around to different companies to pick out tile and flooring. We had a medical emergency the weekend before the installation. I was able to give the crew our keys and they did their job. The work was impeccable. They began on Monday and ended on Friday. They went out of their way to help me (buying light bulbs for the new light fixtures-letting out dog out of her cage when they left). I could not have had the bathroom done if I hadn't gone with BBT. I knew I could trust them.The bathroom looks beautiful. It was great for my husband to see the bathroom after his extended stay at the hospital. Friends have given us many compliments. "

"After looking into several other companies, we chose this one, and we do not regret it. They were very helpful, and they even leveled off a part of the wall, so the bar would look better. They were also very clean. They re nice people to work with, and I have recommended them to friends."

"Well, guess this is a case of you get what you pay for. Just to start off, the countertop looks great. Now the bad: 1 - Kitchen designer from the West store said it would be 3-4 weeks. It turned out to be a horrible 10 weeks which meant that we lived without a counter and SINK for awhile. 2 - Calls regarding status were vague. Kitchen design area works on one schedule while the subs work on another. 3 - The subcontractors who did the install for were the same ones out of who gave us a quote in first place. It showed that they make less working through H.D. then selling themselves. Lastly, #4 - Installation came and we asked them if it made a difference about having the dishwasher installed and in place prior to the counter going in... install team said no, it did not. Well, with the pitch of the floor, angle of the counter , the dishwasher would not install. We had to bend the of our new dishwasher and brace with boards to hold in place - Not good."
