"This is a classic example of a company doing inferior work and not taking responsibility in a timely manner. Although they are generally cordial, scheduling is difficult from their end. They have been here numerous times and not been able to fix a problem that evidently has existed since the initial installation in February. Communication is very poor- after months of waiting and paying out around $4000, we still have to call them to get any detail at all. No partial refund or other reparation has ever been offered by the company, and we are of having to call them for updates and wait around while they "fit us in", only to have the problem go unsolved. Hopefully we'll have it working before Christmas."

"Prior to purchasing our home, we were informed that the existing steel chute chimney was not up to code and needed to be replaced. After discussing the problem with a number of local companies, we decided to go with . Their responsiveness was by far the best in the quote stage and their pricing was competitive. What I thought was basic proved to be a difficult job. Once we ripped off the metal chute, we discovered that there was no structural support with which to build the chimney up from the roof line. While it would have been easy to recommend that we just and install a gas fireplace, he knew that our strong preference was to maintain a wood fireplace -- he handled it flawlessly -- and came up with a solution that entailed having a job shop create a steel structure to shift the load so we could build vertically (blessed by a structural engineer, required by the Fox Point building inspector). The bricks they sourced match perfectly and the finished product looks existing to our 1932 house (which is about the nicest compliment I can give). Highly recommended."

"It took some phone and e-mail tag to get an estimate, but once there, Damir pointed out every area which needed pointing. He also go up on the roof to closely check out the chimney. I thought it would be a couple of weeks before they could make it, but a week after the estimate, they were over patching everything up. It looks good!"

"It went extremely well. They did a new roof for me 2 years ago and it did a great job. However, I still got bids from 3 Angie's approved contractors to make sure I was getting good work at a fair price. , the owner, came out and gave an estimate that was right in line with the lowest estimate from the other 3 contractors. Because he had done work for me before, I decided to have him do the job. The job was very well done and they did exactly what they promised. , the foreman, was very approachable and listened to my thoughts and communicated very well. The workers were efficient and as quiet as can be expected for a roofing job. Cleanup was great, and very thorough. All the workers were very polite. The house was well protected and great care was taken as they removed the old roof the two story home. My mother was very pleased with the work and she commented what a nice young man was, and that the workers were so friendly and did an excellent job. She was very pleased and I was very please. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have work done."
