"We talked to numerous contractors, but really liked 
. They were not the cheapest, but gave good value for the money. was our salesperson and he was great. He took a picture of our old kitchen and was able to create a computer drawing of just what our new kitchen would look like. This was very helpful and allowed us to visualize our new kitchen. gave us great advice in picking out cabinets sink, hardware, floor, etc. At first I did not agree with his advice, but as we talked more and more I realized that he was right in virtually everything he told us. The work was done as scheduled and the workmen were prompt, polite, and did an excellent job. Cleanup was great and we had no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend and . We now have a new kitchen and are very pleased with the result."

I had shown him a picture of a piece of Mission furniture from a book on In the Arts and Crafts Style. The piece he crafted is every bit as beautiful as the professional photo. I had little time to focus on the project but had a clear vision of what I needed/wanted. was always punctual, very clear about what he was doing and when, and did all the legwork for me. He also was creative about solving problems that arose as we demolished the existing space and saw what previous owners had done to cut corners. I would always recommend him as a general contractor. He not only was experienced because he does the work himself, he pays attention to detail, problem solves pro-actively, is totally honest and reliable, reasonably priced and creates an outstanding finished product. We also asked him to install a craft area in our basement - which he designed and built entirely without my direction - as well as storage cabinets. We have done LOTS of renovation projects in our time (3 houses and an apartment) and he is truly one of the best we have ever worked with."

"We had to call them back about the sink faucets to have them replaced because they had several imperfections in them from the time they installed them. They re-caulked it four times at least and the caulking around the countertop is cracking as bad as it was before. There are still places where I can see cracking in the caulking around the countertop and sink. The whole front of the sink area caulking is cracking and I have had them back three times now to fix. We when first decided to go with this company; we went and saw their showroom. They do have things looking good for that but that is not what their actual work looks like. There were some things that they did really well and that we were very pleased with, but we also had several things that were not done like we wanted them. In terms of my overall experience, I would not give them the worst rating, but the work was definitely not great."

"Even though the shop was booked for months out, and they knew we had a short lead time, they spent the time educating us on different cabinets, providing two designs and estimates. They also were quick to return calls and answer questions. We will use them next time we can."

"The process was smooth beginning to end. We knew exactly what we wanted, and they created a computer design and worked closely with us to pick woods, stains, and cabinet functionality. They were extremely patient. The cabinets were done on time, and the installation team was the best part of the experience. They did a quality job from beginning to end, and we got custom cabinets that fit our unique needs for about the same price as cabinets at the big box retailers."
