started work and finished the roof when they said they would.  The workers were courteous and when they left for the day they left the place spotless. "

I had some work done before on the roof. It was pretty good, but there were some problems. Then I had an insurance inspection. So, the roofer was reasonably good about coming back and fixing it. The price was reasonable for the additional work as well.

They came out when they said they would.  They were prompt and very friendly.  The quote was for $10,000.  They answered all the questions that I had.  They gave me a quote while they were at my house, and later formalized everything and sent me a quote by e-mail.  The quote depended on how much I wanted to add on.  I thought it was a fair one.

"I recently joined Angie's list because as a women being the head of household I was nervous on my first big home renovation. I called for a estimate and

came out and was nice, professional and honest. I I liked that the workers are their own employees not sub-contractors. The price was reasonable for the work required. They started and finished on schedule. I was updated each day on the work performed & my questions were answered in timely manner. They called for the inspections and handled the permit paperwork. The workers were professional and cleaned up each day. I would use them again and highly recommend them!"

"Called for a repair estimate. An estimator showed up the next day and gave us his price. We scheduled the work for the following week. The repair man showed up on time and preformed the preliminary work removing the roof tile. He left and came back the next day with matching tile and finished the work as promised."

"They were excellent. The price they charged was worth it. The staff was very professional, punctual, and very much interested in doing a good job. They had excellent workmanship. Their pricing was competitive. They did not leave anything when they left. Everything was very clean. "

"I called the company out for an estimate on a Thursday. The promised to e-mail me the estimate by Thursday or Friday. I called them on Tuesday after not hearing back from them. They seem so disorganized. I had to repeat my name 5 times (I counted) to two different people on the phone. Before hanging up, (after I had given them my name 5 times) I left them my fax number for them to fax me the estimate and the guy asks me, "what's your name?" It's almost a comedy. At this point, I'd be crazy to let them work on my roof if they can't handle basic customer service."

"The company representative was very knowlegeable. He walked the roof, explained the job in detail, and conveyed his information in a very understandable manner. The price was better than the bids from two other firms, and left me feeling confident that the work would be done correctly. I was told that I would get a call a few days ahead of time in order to plan my time; this did not happen. I received a call the night before the work was to commence; fortunately, I was able to rearrange my schedule to be there. The workers showed up on time, arrived with a three-man crew, and worked diligently until the job was completed, and cleaned up when they left. I had a tarp on the roof, and they assisted me in removing it, and in a way that didn't damage the tarp, which I appreciated. The crew chief or lead worker came (without my asking) to show me the shingles they brought for installation, because he didn't think that they were a good match for my existing shingles. I agreed, and spoke to the roofing office. Although somewhat close in color, and on the back of the house, I really wanted to make a change. We had to "debate" the matter for a few minutes; however, the company representative agreed, and was able to locate and send over a shingle that was a very close match. Problem solved. They completed the job in less than a day, and did not have to come back for any "unfinished" work. It was done right the first time."

"Performed required roof replacement in an expedited manner, even braving a tropical storm to complete the job in the promised time frame ( 3 days ). We're happy."

"They did a nice job on the roof. I was disappointed in the separate wood charge, and the new skylights do not match up with the finish work in the interior. I have to refinish the area where it meets with the skylights. "
