I told him that I felt a bit more confident that I would not be ripped off and that I coud trust in receiving good service and workmanship and if not I could have some by filing a report of my experience. I then showed Mr.

He asked me about my ideas, preferences in materials etc. He then told me some ways that he could make the space more efficient and functional and what materials were available through his suppliers. He answered additional questions on lighting and the upgrade of the water heater to a tankless water heater and also the electrical panel. He then proceeded to take measurements and take notes. The visit lasted approximately an hour. He told me that he woud email the proposal and design plans in a little more than a week( I received them in 10 days). He encouraged me to call with any additional questions that I may have. "

"It was a pleasure. After getting several estimates in the $7,000-$9,000 range from contractors, I decided to contract the work out myself. I found

through a referral, and the price was half of the other estimates. The surprise was that everything went great. The first thing was the barricade so the house was kept clean. The work was done on schedule, and

was always there for the inspections, etc. He is very professional and pleasant, not to mention a perfectionist. The work was done so perfectly, that he even went out of his way to match a molding that was probably six inches long! You would never be able to tell that the door wasn't original to the house. Both the interior and exterior were matched flawlessly. I would highly recommend the company."
