Pest Control Reviews in Miami

I called and emailed
& Pest Control because I saw what I was sure were termite swarmers. Technician
promptly returned my call and we set up an appointment date for inspection.
arrived early and provided both an internal and external inspection of my home, confirming that I did have termite droppings. He provided me with a very reasonable estimate. And, best of all, the treatment could be provided without my home being tented. I did not have to pack up anything. There was no
associated with my staying in the house.

was very accommodating with regard to setting up a date for treatment. The company placed a reminder call to me to confirm the date and time. Again,
arrived as promised and went right to work. When he left, everything looked like it did when he arrived (i.e. some furniture had to be moved)..

I must add that I asked so many questions (I'm sure a few more than once) and
answered every single one, ensuring my understanding.

I am extremely happy with the services of
& Pest Control and particularly with their technician

I spoke to
, the owner, and he came out to do a survey. Polite and on time, not common in Miami ! He was informative and knowledgeable. A week after he came with a colleague and provided pest control, inside and outside, of the house with natural products. This was concern of mine as I have 2 dogs and wanted to yes use they would not get poisoned. What really impressed me was the detail that they put in doing every inch of the house, outside, and roof. To top it off, they placed white booties on the shoes so they would not dirty the floor.
provided Angies discount without asking. Great service by a owner operated business…I will re use again.
PS….no more ants, bugs etc…all gone!

was wonderful. He came the day after I called and accommodated my
work schedule which was very much appreciated. I was freaked out over
lots of droppings coming from the false ceiling of a bay window and
accumulating on the windowsill.
He explained what it was, closed the entrance hole and went around the
outside of the house explaining what I could do to keep carpenter ants
from reentering the house. I felt so much better after he left and he
followed up his visit with a letter listing our choices for keeping our
home pest free going forward - no hard sell, just good information and
choices. He is a class act and a pleasure to do business with. I
highly recommend him.

We first used
Miami Exterminators Provider Name Locked
to have our house tented for dry-wood termites in 2003. Everything went well, so we entered an annual contract for retreatment, which we have renewed every year since. In 2008 we had swarming inside the house. The inspector came and immediately said we needed to re-tent, which was done with total satisfaction.
A little over two months ago (beginning of May 2014) we began to see swarmers in the house again. This time the inspector said they were coming from outside and there was nothing he could do. The swarming worsened, so we asked the inspector to come back. This time he acknowledged a problem and scheduled a technician to come out for a localized treatment. The technician found some of the termites exit holes and forced insecticide into the passageways behind them. The swarming continued daily over the next two weeks, so I called for the inspector to come back, and was told that they don't do reinspections until at least 4 weeks after a treatment. The swarming continued daily for the next 3 weeks, so I called again. This time the inspector agreed that the house needed re-tenting, since now the swarmers had gotten into every room. Nearly a month later, after much stalling, a date for tenting still has not been set, and now the inspector will no longer even take my calls.
It is now clear to me that they do not intend to honor our contract, for which we have paid a total of $1,115 since we were last tented in 2008. In fact, at this point I don't think I would even want them on my property. I have no confidence that they would do the job properly, and I doubt they would respond to any of my complaints.
In summary, I believe that you deal with
Miami Exterminators Provider Name Locked
at your own risk. You definitely don't want to pay them in advance for any services, because then they will have lost all incentive to perform.

The service was top-rated quality, far exceeding our expectations. The technician, Mr.
Miami Exterminators Provider Name Locked
Dulzaides, was unpretentious, pleasant, well- mannered, and very informative. We were most impressed by his quality of professionalism. He arrived on time, gave thorough inspection for possible sights of termites habitat, explaining and providing valuable information about their appearance, damages, and etc. It was interesting to learn that termites and some type of ants often coexisted. There was no charge for his work and the time he spent. He courteously declined even gratuity. Nowadays it is so rare to receive such service and encounter a person like Mr. Dulzaides.

They lived up to their name,
Miami Exterminators Provider Name Locked
. They gave us an agreed upon date, they called the day before giving us an arrival time between 11 and 12. The crew arrived at 11:30 and immediately started work. They tented the complete house, the inside was checked that everything was ready for the gas, checking the kitchen, refrigerator. We thought we were thorough, they found a

rack we missed. The gas was put into the tented house and they went so far as adding additional gas to ensure termination of the termites. All exterior doors were locked and signs were placed on the doors warning people to stay out of the house. The next day the tent was removed and we had to stay out of the house for an additional 6 hours for the gas to dissipate. After the six hours they returned and checked the house and gave us the all clear to move back in. We also bought their extended warranty at $158 per yr.

This was one of the cool guy.

I scheduled my initial appointment with
Miami Exterminators Provider Name Locked
, however, there was in error in the day that the appointment was scheduled. After calling the office and discovering that they had made an error, I was really impressed by how they handled the situation. The customer service was excellent and once they came to spray our house they were diligent. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

came out to the house and was willing (and happy) to spend time with me inspecting the entire house and lawn. He was very knowledgeable and covered a lot of things a new homeowner should know about - including landscaping, roofing vents, white fly, and when best to tent. He really enjoys his work and it shows. He was not pushy and in fact recommended waiting for certain services instead of trying to get us to buy everything now. When it was time to spray we called him up and someone was out to the house in a matter of days. The man they sent was very nice, courteous, and informed us of any safety concerns as my pregnant wife and I were both present at the time.

I had my house tented between 3 and 5 years ago and then continued to maintain the service contract every year afterwards. This "Protection Plan" cost over $350.00 per year. They would come out every year to re-inspect but I never had a problem until this year.
This time after the inspector called and left a message on my answering machine, I tried to return the call and left numerous messages and did not receive a call back. I finally called the office on two different occasions and was finally able to talk to him. He told me that if I would be home all day that he would squeeze me in but that he had been very busy. He never showed and
did not call after I had waited all day. I called the next day and he said that he was sorry but that he had forgotten to write it down so we scheduled an appointment. He saw evidence of swarming but could not find an exact location. He said that his supervisor would schedule a retreatment.
The gentleman that came out, also could not find the exact location in order to do the retreatment but said that he would treat the area where the termite wings were located. There were no signs of activity, but was simply a large window where they were attracted to the lights outside. I told him that it did not make sense to treat the area if there was no sign of activity. I had told him that when they were swarming that it seemed that they were coming from the recessed lights in the ceiling. Since we do not have an attic, and if they were in the roof he would not be able to treat them locally and I believed the house would have to be tented. He told me that he would make the report to his supervisor and pass along my concerns.
After days of not hearing anything else I had to start leaving messages again that were not returned. Finally after a couple of more days, and some agitated phone calls, I finally was able to speak with a supervisor. He was not even aware that anyone had come
to my house to do a retreatment and was asking me the name of the person. After I expressed my concerns to him and requested that the house be tented, he told me that he was not able to simply put a tent on even though to this point no one had been able to locate the exact location. We went back and forth arguing about what needed to be done and in the end I relented and agreed to have their treatment manager come out and inspect the house to determine whether he could treat them locally or if I would need to have the house tented. The appointment was scheduled for the following day between 10 am and 12 pm. Nobody showed and
Nobody called. Two days went by without hearing from the local office and I just finished calling the main office to cancel my contract. I told them what happened and all they said was that they were sorry to see me go.
I now have to wait 4 to 6 weeks to get my money back for this year, but I feel like an idiot for having paid them $350 for all the
previous years.
