He explained the different options as far as the cost of the different options and patiently waited as I made decisions as to payments etc. He was very gracious throughout and patient and tolerant with my need for him to clarify whatever I didn't understand. On the day of the appointment the technician doing the termite treatment called to give an expected time of arrival and stated that he would call when he was 10 minutes from the arrival time. As promised he called and then arrived a short time later.

He also answered questions very knowledgeably. He proceeded to work diligently and was careful to clean up as he went along. It was a pleasant and reassuring experience to have someone who seemed to know what he was doing. At the end of the treatment he cleaned up and had me sign the necessary paperwork then left. In the afternoon of the same day the gentleman for the pest control arrived.
