Another problem was that they laid the bricks in the wrong direction. The owner was very responsive and got back to me right away, and this problem was corrected. returned my call immediately. I described what I was interested in doing and we arranged a meeting time. He came to my house with photos of other jobs and perused my situation. He suggested I go to Gem Pavers and look at samples which I did. When I indicated some confusion about what I had seen he then brought samples to my house. Prior to that he prepared an estimate and a contract which I felt was fair. I looked at the samples on Monday and advised him Tuesday AM of my selection. He came to my home on Wednesday am and started reworking the sprinkler system and brought sand and had bricks delivered. He was back Thursday am with his crew and the work was completed by Thursday afternoon. Mr
