"Mr. is a wonderful contractor--an expert in his work and painstaking in making sure the smallest detail is absolutely perfect. He anticipates his client's needs, makes pertinent suggestions, and is as good at the decorating aspects of the job as the hard construction. He is definitely a perfectionist and will not rest until everything is done way beyond what customers usually get. Therefore, he does not rush the job nor is he the cheapest, but remember you generally get what you pay for. He keeps the customer informed about just what is being done and the time line. He expertly coordinated his work teams and handled all the details and paperwork with the condo management office. They were as pleased with him as I was which says a lot! He says 100% customer satisfaction is his aim and he means it. And with Mr. you never need to worry about things being done incorrectly, on the cheap, or having to be re-done at a later date. I look forward to many happy, worry-free years in my "new" condo. Most importantly, his reputation is important to him. He will not "disappear" after the job and be unable to contact. He is in business with his family and well-established in the community. I am sure his sterling reputation will continue to grow. He'll always be the first one I call for ANY kind of work around the house. All I can say is I'm continuing to use him for more jobs--next he will build my custom entertainment center and then do more repair/refurbishing at my mother's house."

"It was an excellent overall experience. They were honest and on time. They were detail oriented. They were clean and cleaned up before they left every day. They were very easy to work with. We our complainers, and they would fix little things we seen that needed to be fixed. They would come in and take care of what needed to be fixed. They didn't do the plumbing but hired out the work, and they were excellent too. They are carpenters but said they could not do the carpentry work, so they hired someone else. For them to meet their date, they would delegate other work that they might have well done and earned their money for, but they said no, the deadline was more important and brought in others to do the plumbing and make the cabinets. That was a lot of professionalism on their part, I felt, especially with the way things are today. They are a small company. They are not cheap but are worth it. We paid for what we got. "

"We had the privilege of employing Mr. Pouza to complete the remodeling of two bathrooms. Both with excellant results!
The standards by which Mr. Pouza conducts his business can be ranked as excellant! His qualities of skill, organization, cleanliness, efficiency, punctuality, and a great work ethic are all charateristics of his business. His method in achieving the final product are to have the customer put in place all supplies to complete the project before actual work begins-- this is a definite plus! There is a definite start and completion date rather than a long, drawn out work pattern! Another plus is his network of individuals who work with him ( plumber, painters, etc) who hold the same high standards that are monitored by Mr. Pouza.
I would not hesitate to recommend him for a job-- we are planning a future job with his company for installation of wood floors!!"

"No matter what I asked to do, he did a great job. He is very reliable and does excellent work. The best part is that his prices are great. He is very fair, trustworthy and reasonable. I gave him the key to my house and had him work on it while I was at the office. I trust him completely. He is primarily a Spanish speaker, but brought his teenage daughter with him on one occasion to translate for me. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I am so lucky to have found this person."
