"Dropped animals off mid afternoon as agreed on in advance with food/instructions clearly labeled. Checked on them all 6 days away on web , but only able to spot them on 3 occasions, so was quite concerned over weekend portion of visit when repeated attempts to check by phone were ALL met with recording only. When picked up mid-morning on 7th day as arranged, dogs had been bathed, but paw trim and nail clipping which had been requested was not done; obviously slight problem with communication between evening staff and owner/operators. Also, almost all food returned when I only asked for the container back; seems they just fed them same as everyone else!!! OH no, sure nuff some diarrhea over next 2 days. Overall, a good experience, but service/communication could use some tweaking. Payment requested by employee at desk upon pickup was great deal higher than quoted, but immediately corrected the charge."

"I have boarded cats there before and have been extremely satisfied with their care. The cages are large and have a little house in each cage so the cat can feel secure. My cat is very shy and they understand how to treat her. Each cat is taken out every day for ex . Before the cat goes home, it is groomed."

"Made appointment for boarding a month before hand. Took in vaccination paperwork showing that rabies and boardatella had been given within the last 6 months. When dog was picked up they had given him the same shots again. Their reason was they didn't have the shot records. My question is why would they have allowed my husband to drop the dog off if they didn't have the paperwork and why didn't they call us to question us and let us know about giving the shots. The vet there claims he always gives the shots every 6 months. WHAT?! My husband has had the dog for 10 years. We're in the military and the dog has been overseas and multiple places in the States and he's never gotten shots every 6 months. I was in the Vet Corp in the and I also have no idea what this vet is talking about. Also, when we got back a day early and wanted to pick him up we were told oh well we haven't given him his bath. That cost 38 dollars. No wonder they didn't want him picked up early."

"They are extremely reasonable in price. Someone always stays with the dogs if they are there overnight and the place is immaculately clean. They do a great job and make the dogs feel right at home."

"They are a little expensive, but we are happy with them. They give our dog extra shots in addition to the typical vaccinations. We have been to others veterinarians before and they are the best ones that we have used. We are senior citizens so they offer a small discount for that as well. In addition to regular office visits, we also have them board our dog when we go out of town. It nice to know that we can go away and feel comfortable leaving our dog with them."

"I viewed the facilities, which were commodious cages in the ''feline ,'' before boarding our cat. When we left her there, we also provided her pillow, dental drops, usual foodstuffs, and the litter box sand she is accustomed to. The facility uses shredded newsprint for litter box filler unless sand is provided by the animal's owner. We did provide the sand because our cat is excellent at using her litter box and we did not want that to change. We were told that if she soiled the pillow, it would be discarded, which we thought understandable. The staff asked for explicit instructions as to her usual care and feeding which we provided. When we picked her up, she was glad to see us but not terribly traumatized by being away from home. We did get her pillow back plus the remainder of the litter box sand. I would certainly board her in their care again if the need arises. It is reassuring to know that if she needed medical care, it would be available."

"Outstanding. (owner) was very knowledgeable, caring and attentive. Followed up with a personal phone call and email after boarding."

"Clinic hours make it easy to transport animals early in day, the staff is very polite. The price was appropriate. The care provided for our 4 dogs was excellent. All 4 dogs were in excellent health and excellent spirits when we picked them up from the clinic."

"I have been boarding cats with for many years. The service has always been wonderful! My cats have always enjoyed being there and and her gang are most professional and loving. The cat I have now is not the friendliest, and the first time she hissed when we left her. Since then, she goes willingly and comes back happy. She comes back clean and well fed. I always get back any toys, food or other items I leave with her. There prices are reasonable. I also have had her groomed there as she won't allow us to bathe her (she's a big 17 lbs.!) Prices are most reasonable compared to other places. I would never leave my cat with anyone else! They are the best!"

"My overall experience with this group of veterinarians has been excellent for a number of years. The staff and doctors are always pleasant, caring, sensitive, compassionate and professional, and most importantly competent. Dr. is currently treating my cocker spaniel for a chronic cough. Last year, she helped me get my last dog through a year of chemotherapy for lymphoma, giving my Daisy one last wonderful year. Ultimately, Dr. advised me and assisted me in making the very difficult decision of euthanasia, in the most sensitive and compassionate manner. As a multiple pet-owner for most of my life and animal lover, I highly recommend this animal hospital for veterinary services, as well as boarding."
