They do not move things when dusting (if they even dust), the shower tile never looks clean after they've been here. They breeze through too quickly in my opinion, and vacuuming and mopping are their main activities. "

"The 2 ladies arrived on time and with all the necessary supplies. They did not speak English, so I did my best in Spanish to explain what I needed done, specifically showing them the windowsills and built in shelving that needed dusting, the bathrooms, the kitchen (without a fridge), and the tile flooring (which is only in the living areas). I made the mistake of paying them and letting them leave before inspecting their work (moving into new house - had a million people coming and going). When they left I realized they didn't clean the master bathroom AT ALL, missed all the sills and most of the shelves, didn't clean the guest bathroom tub, or ANYTHING in the kitchen. They swept and mopped the floors, but didn't get any of the scuff

off. When my husband called to complain, the owner said "no refunds!" before my husband could start talking. He also cited the fact that I paid the girls before inspecting my house. My husband invited him to check their work, but he refused to come over. He called my husband an idiot that knows nothing about cleaning. I will never ever ever! use this company again. They were pretty cheap, but obviously I got what I paid for. "

"They need a bit of oversight to make sure they do a good job. For example, the first time they cleaned my office area and desk, they neglected to clean the keyboard tray. Also, I requested them to do the oven last time and they didn't clean the racks. These seem like pretty basic things that went completely undone.
