" Forgot to ask for estimate 1st. Final cost was a little steep per my husband. Job took alot longer than expected b/c sink was a little different from the old one. Job even involved sanding down some of the wood underneath the cabinet. 
arrived at 3pm and left at about 7:30. Overall job went well--love my new brushed nickel faucet and stainless steel (deep/ double) sink w/ sprayer. My old sink and faucet were old, leaky and laden w/ scum. "

"Initially, I contacted to install gutters for my house. I live close to country walk and I have a problem with standing water whenever it rains. I needed the water to be disposed properly. was able to come out on a Friday, which is within couple of days of initially contacting him. He gave me an estimate for the job and said that he'd start on Monday. Over the weekend, I decided to address the standing water problem also, so I contacted who came out on Sunday and we discussed a solution. Basically the plan was to dig up couple of trenches on both sides of the house and then fill it up with medium sized rocks. The size of each trench was 1ft wide x 1ft deep x 50ft long! He came out with couple of other guys on Monday and started working. Two guys were doing the gutters and one guy started digging up the trench. Installing the gutters only took few hours, and it turned out pretty nice. I asked him to install extensions on the downspouts so the water goes out where I want it to. What took most of the time was all the digging and excavating; which is very demanding and laborious. On the second day, he went out and got those medium sized rocks to fill in trenches; it took exactly 3 truckloads (back of F-150) to fill up the trenches. The whole job took 2 days to be completed. The total amount that I mentioned was for these two jobs, which I found reasonable considering the amount of labor is needed to do the digging. He also installed a PVC extension for the my AC. He suggested a pvc extension that will drain the water coming out of the AC all the way to the front of the house. This way no water from the AC would be draining in the trench that he had dug up. told me at the end that I shouldn't have any problems with water standing from here on out!! It hasn't rained that much since he has completed the job, but I'm curious to see how it would react. Nonetheless, I'm happy with the work that he has done and he seemed pretty sincere in fixing my problem as if it was his own. He also reiterated that I should contact him if there are any problems with the work he has done. I will definitely consider him first for any work that I want do get done around the house in the future; now that I know that he's a handyman also!"

"The problem had existed for a number of years. Mr. met with me to inspect the job. The next day he was there bright and early to complete his inspection and give me the price estimate. A contract was to be faxed to me, but as I was unable to receive faxes we ended up working off a handwritten contract. The next day he and his crew were there bright and early. There were always 3 to 7 men on the job each day by 8:AM. They work steadily for 12 hours each day, only taking a break for lunch. Their work was of excellent quality. Although I added a number of projects to the job they completed the work on time."

"My neighbor told me to call them, since they were doing his job. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. I was very impressed, she scheduled an appointment for me right away. I was surprised when I got a letter in the mail from her, confirming the appointment. The estimator showed up about 15 minutes early. He asked me a lot of questions that I never had thought about before. He seemed to really enjoy his job and had a lot of confidence in his company. First I was a little apprehensive about letting him go on my roof (I was scared he would fall), but he took the time to show me his credentials and helped me feel comfortable. He was very efficient and gave me a detailed proposal in writing and he showed me the pictures he took in my attic of rotten wood and the condition of the roof. I had a lot of broken tiles that I was not aware of. He showed me his license and insurance. I asked a lot of questions. He showed me a lot of jobs they did in the area and gave me a whole list of references I could call. He was a real expert. The price was very reasonable compared to the others that I received, however it took about an hour for me to review all of the paperwork, but the estimator explained it to me so I felt comfortable going ahead. It took about a week for them to get the permit, then it rained the day they were supposed to start, but they called me and said they would be out the next day. The day they tore the roof off, I had to turn the A/C off so they could protect it and it got really hot in the house, so I had an excuse to go to the mall and buy some new shoes. There was a lot of pounding noise from the roof and a picture fell off the wall and broke because I forgot to take it down. The workers were really happy and singing on the roof while they worked. They really have genuine pride in their work. It really gave me peace of mind when the production department called me and kept me up to date with the progress and the results of the inspections. The whole job took about 3 weeks. I am pleased with the positive results. I feel the quality of my new roof is unexcelled."

I live in Miami, so I never even met or his crew at the property - we negotiated everything over the phone and he emailed over a bunch of pictures so I could see the damage, the repairs and the finished product. We're very satisfied with the work, the price was very fair and is very responsive and extremely easy to work with. "I am impressed with the quality of the paint they used, the paint job, the carpentry work, and their overall attempt to do a perfect job. My contract stated that the price included replacing all rotten wood. At first, I didn't think I had but a couple of pieces, so I went back to check the contract as they kept replacing pieces. They even found and replaced a slightly rotten fascia board under a gutter that's by the roof line. This was all in the contract."
