There were times when I made a drawing of what I needed, like in the case of my desktop, which was flush with the wall on one end and curved at the other. I explained just how curved I wanted it and how I wanted it finished, and he did it in no time. He has repaired old stools which surround my kitchen counter. The "start to finish" story you ask for is the same in all cases. I call him, I ask him if he can do something, we talk about it, he says yes, he does it, he cleans up any mess, and I pay him the price he quoted. In short, I recommend him as being capable and honest."

"I called the company and they returned my call very quickly. We agreed on a time to come over that same week. They could have been here earlier, but I had other commitments. The technician,

, arrived early, called me and waited for me to arrive home from work. He looked at the door, explained the situation (there might not be room to install the track) and explained that he could try to replace it, and if it didn't work, would remove it and there would be no cost to me. I agreed to that and to the cost of $200. He immediately went to work and everything worked to our advantage. He was able to use a smaller track cover (which cost less) and the job came in under his original estimation. He was polite, professional and friendly. It was wonderful to have a serviceperson who was actually bilingual in English and Spanish."

". He knows what he is doing and gets it done. The 2nd visit on 3/11/10 he came to install the leaf guards, I liked the leaf guards he brought. He was unable to find the tiles I needed for my patio. The only reason I gave a B grade for price is that he took more time on the leaf guard installation than needed (in my opinion). Another $100 in labor and $50 for the leaf guards. I did not ask to see the cost for the leaf guards I must admit that I did spent some of his time discussing a future custom "barn-door". The 3rd visit on 3/17/10 was a last minute appt. We had discussed via e-mail/photos/previous visit on how to reinforce my garage door against strong winds. He thought two braces for a one car Clopay garage door was not essential. He found and brought from Lowe's a garage door brace ( up to code) and installed it as well as fix my garage door lock. My husband handled this and was happy with his experience. That day was a stressful day for my husband. Labor was $125. Material was $169. My husband always requires a receipt. "

The door got in on the first day and trim work including cementing where tiles were removed took some additional time."
