"I've never seen anything like it. They were very professional, personable from start to finish and very prompt. The workmanship was amazing and they did all of this in just a couple of hours. My counter tops look like they are made out of granite now and it saved me so much money."

Are granite countertops right for you?

Indianapolis homeowners seem to be following a new trend to trade in their quartz and tile countertops for much more durable granite. Dan Marsh, co-owner of A-rated Classic Stone in Carmel, says 75 percent of his countertop installations involve granite, a stone that not only withstands extreme heat but also doubles as a kitchen cutting board because it's nearly impossible to scratch. "As far as durability is concerned, granite far surpasses solid and laminate countertops," he says.

Miami Countertop Installers Reviews

B
"They did a pretty good job installing my countertops, though the price was not the best. They were always on time and very courteous to my concerns. I would definitely use this companies installation services again and I would recommend them to others."
A
"My initial phone call was taken after normal business hours. The work was done exactly when it was scheduled. They have done jobs for me in the past and were always good. I wish I could have had them do the sheet rock and tile in the bathroom, but they were really booked at that time. I have never received a better combination of all the above from any construction or contracting company."
B
"The installer could have been a little more courteous to us when discussing what it was going to take to complete the job. We were satisfied with the sales people at the office, though."

uses 4 crews; I had contact with 2 of them & had very different experiences with them. The 1st crew was conscientious & suggested I replace the old cabinets with new pre-fab ones to make the structure strong enough for the weight of granite (this I did); they did a partial install, but did not check that a small trim piece was level with the main job. The 2nd crew simply installed granite & travertine w/o regard for an unlevel portion, resulting in one part slanted upward, which became obvious when the travertine (w/ horizontal grout lines) was added. Once the unlevel nature of the trim piece & the piece the 2nd crew did were obvious, I tried to get the work partially redone (showed photos). They refused to discuss anything but payment. THEIR CUST SERVICE IS LESS THAN 0. I went first to an home improvement store, but they had a 6 week backlog; I found

"I was very pleased with him. He was able to do all of the work needed to move into my new condo. They were very, very capable and reliable, painting five rooms and putting on 13 door handles. He went above and beyond my expectations. He complied with the schedule set by the condominium."

was great to work for and his staff is friendly."

"Poorly. Improperly measured and installed. Very difficult to reach anyone at the store and they never called back. I had to put the transaction in dispute with my credit card company to get them to react. Eventually they had the contractor come out and re-do the process."

"The ability to speak Spanish is a key here. Also persistence. It's a small shop and it's just the owner and his assistant doing all the work. The owner did come and take measurements when he said he would. I picked my granite from a dealer he uses. He installed the counter in less than two weeks from the time I gave him a deposit. His work is excellent and a very nice man to deal with. He will also provide an excellent quality sink and faucet."
