She gave me a quote for the work and scheduled a start date, knowing that I was panicked and worried about the time crunch. She did a great job of calming me down! The crew showed up on time and worked through a not very good weather week to get all of the outside work done quickly. Her team stayed in constant contact with me to make sure that I was happy with they way things were going and to continue to schedule all subsequent repairs with the various specialists. Also required after the work was done was documentation certifying that all work was completed and/or sufficient explanation for any repairs not done. What I got was a very detailed description including a copy of the contractor's license and all certifications and professional associations they are members of. All I needed and more. This is a fantastic company that I would continue to use for everything if I were not moving 650 miles away. I wish I had discovered

When we complained, the response from the owner was defensive. The work was never done to my satisfaction, and I finally gave up that it ever would be."
