Plumbing Reviews in Memphis

was easy to work with, from scheduling to job completion. The company had no issues scheduling quickly, and I liked the binder of information the technician had on hand to explain pricing and other details. My technician,
, seemed very personable and honest. He worked diligently, and completed all work in a timely manner. The company doesn't seem to have bargain pricing, but you get what you pay for. I enjoyed working with
, and am very happy with the end result.

Within 2 weeks of purchasing our home the kitchen sink backed up.
Company came out and diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a SERIOUS amount (aka years...) of grease build-up in the kitchen pipes. (Our home was built in 1950.) The plumbers had to use an electric snake to clean both the exterior and interior traps and lines.
's workmen were very polite, and took great pains to make sure my kitchen was kept clean at all times, in spite of having one nasty mess to deal with. In addition, they also checked a toilet I was having a problem with. Fortunately, the toilet was ok. I was very pleased with the service and am having

Plumbing reviews in Memphis

Called them in the morning they were there about 6 hours later. They worked exceedingly quick, fixed all the issues and everything has worked great since. Will not hesitate to call them again.

I had a water leak in my front yard. I was concerned about my water bill and landscaping. I goggled multiple plumbing companies and read their reviews in an attempt to choose a reputable company to do the work. When the estimate was performed the guy said they would minimize the damage to my yard as much as possible. I was told they would back fill the trench with a mound to prevent a "dip" in my yard do to the dirt settling. The first day they came to do the work they showed up with the trench digger. They decided that they would need a backhoe, so they were not able to do the work that day. They only had one guy with a backhoe and he would not be able to come out until Saturday early afternoon; which meant code enforcement would not be able to inspect the work until Monday. I was told they still could repair my water line and they would cover it with plastic and dirt to keep it from freezing and that they would uncover the water line for the code inspection. The plumbers arrived used the backhoe to dig in my yard until they found the water line, they dug up approximately a quarter of my yard, ripped my shrubs up with the backhoe and tore out the sidewalk in the process. After they replaced the line and were about to leave, we asked them about filling in the trench, which is what their field manager had told us would be done because of the freezing temperature and the new water line would be exposed until Monday. We were told they were not going to do that because they would have to uncover it for the inspection; I was told to leave some water running in the house to keep the pipe from freezing because the field manager did not know what he was talking about. The code inspector came out Monday morning and passed the water line. The plumbers did not return until Monday night because they had taken a sewer job. At which point they used a flashlight and backhoe to fill and stamp down the dirt in the trench. Tuesday morning Roto Rooter started calling asking for the balance due. Tuesday afternoon my husband called and asked when were they coming to get the huge peices of sidewalk and all of the caution tape they left in the yard. They did finally come and get most of the side walk up, but to this date their are still pieces of side walk in my yard, a trench were the dirt has settled and washed away. Now I have to find someone to repair the $2000 worth of damage to my yard.

They showed up promptly. Fixed the problem and did so in a way where everything was clean and tidy when they left. They showed up when they said the would be there and explained what they were going to do. Price was very reasonable for the service provided.

Memphis Plumbers Provider Name Locked
Plumbing (

) did a great job of repairing the copper pipes in the hot water heater. If fact, he made them even better by installing better cutoff valves, and also by simplifying the configuration of the pipes. Excellent job!

it went ok. they did fix the problem but after using another plumber at another of my rental houses, we found out real quick that they charged us a fortune! For example: they fixed a leaky pipe under the sink by replacing the middle piece of pipe and charged us $300. then another $1200 for the Kitchen sink repair. we questioned the pricing and they pulled out a book (their book) of pricing and tried to justify it. At the time we had no choice but to use them because everyone else was too busy. (ice storm)
Then I purchased another rental property and it was a forclosure. ALL the pipes were busted under that house. I called a different company to repair the pipes. Not only did they repair them ALL but they insulated them too for $800 total!!! That just told me how over priced

was constantly up selling product to us too. I did not like that at all. I already felt like I was abused on pricing.
That's my 2 cents!

They contacted the real estate agent to get the key code on the key box, and went over and checked it out the next day. It turned out that it was just a running toilet , which they repaired by replacing some valves and seals. They are always reliable and do excellent quality work.

Technician explained he sent a camera into drain line to ensure there were no other problems other than a clog. After checking for any additional problems he cleaned out drain and installed a clean out plug so that MLGW will provide clean out if needed in the future.
