My dog looked great and, in addition to the convenience, I appreciated the peace of mind knowing my dog wasn't sitting in a cage half the day waiting his turn at a groom shop. Highly recommended!"

"This place smells horrible!!! I cannot believe this place has stayed in business as long as it has. We have been there a few times to make sure that we were not making snap judgments. It smelled horrible every time. There are so many dogs roaming around in the grooming area. I understand those dogs belong to the owner or some of the employees. Some ...more of the dogs do not look that healthy. The owner is not overly friendly and acts as if she could care less if you return to the facility. She does not say "hi" to the customer or "Thank you". Although the grooming job was (surprisingly) a good job. I feel terrible that my dog had to stay the day in such a horrible smelling place and cooped up in a small area!"
