"I don't have any complaints about Tru-green's service, and the one time we thought they had missed some of the yard, they came back out and sprayed again for free. But the thing is, after being treated by Tru-green all spring and summer, my lawn does not look any better than it did in the first place. I admit the lawn was in sad shape when they started, but it has no more Bermuda and no fewer weeds than it did last year. We are not going to continue with them."

for about a year at my primary residence. I have been pleased with their technicians and the effectiveness of their treatments right from the start. They were also able to provide a technician who could physically perform a thorough termite inspection in the very tiny, cramped crawl space of my older home. Trust me, not every company can do this. My only complaint is that I sometimes have difficulty getting a call back when I ask to speak with a technician. Once I do speak with someone, a service call is usually scheduled for the next day. The price is right, the service is extremely competent, and, best of all, the bugs are gone!"

"I would say that they were very professional and courteous while at my home. They sprayed in and outside of my home and I don't think they missed an inch. They took their time to explain their service and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They just recently came out but it looks like they have been a huge success."

"I pay $22 monthly for ongoing pest control. I pay a separate charge of $75/quarter for termite control. As far as I can tell, they really have done nothing in two years related to the termite contract. I had to call multiple times just to get someone out to check the traps recently. As far as pest control goes, they will show up and spray if I call and stay on them. Otherwise, they may not spray at all. There's no clear agreement as to when/how often they are required to spray. I think they just don't spray unless someone calls which I'm sure saves them money. Overall, they are not very professional, I would not recommend."

They did the treatment and then I noticed they did not put up the "tents" they mentioned and they did not spray the attic. I called and they were happy to come back out to finish the job. I was pleased with the service and will continue to use them going forward."

actually made me a little upset. They are supposed to come here quarterly but they do not always call. One time, I noticed they had not been here for a while. I called them and they came out to do their regular services but they wanted to charge me a start up fee. Now, I have been a customer with them for five years. I voiced that I was upset and they appeased me. It was their fault they hadn't come out on time to solve my pest problems, not mine. I reminded them they should have come and they wanted to charge me. That was not right. Their work is okay but they can be hard to get in touch with. I guess their office had better record keeping I guess."
