This was our third year using them and it was a seamless as ever. I love the long list of things they do as it is the most comprehensive exam I get and I love it being all in one place in only two hours instead of making multiple appts for vision, medical, ob/gyn, etc.

Dr.
and his staff are great listeners - they never make you feel like you're taking too long or that they have more important things to do. They give you their undivided attention and thoroughly understand your situation. Their office is very comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend this doctor's office to anyone who needs a personal and/or family doctor.

Easy in, easy out. Minimal waiting time in the waiting room. Prompt, professional service and advice and I was on my way as is usually the case in that office.

Dr.

works with both children and adults. She also has 2 really good nurse practitioners. I have been really pleased with the care I have gotten there. They will call and remind you about your appointments. Her staff is really good.

I see her for internal medicine and primary care. She is with
Memphis Internists Provider Name Locked
. She is excellent. She is very personable. She takes care of my needs when I talk to her about it. She helps me where she can help me and she refers me when required. She is what I would want in a physician. The only downside is that there is a wait time in her office because she is very busy.

My BP was 200/110 when I went in to see Dr
Memphis Internists Provider Name Locked
. An EKG was done and I was given medicine in the office to bring it down. BP was checked 30 min later and it was down to a more reasonable rate. Saw him the day prior to holiday and he stated to me more than once to call him over the weekend if need be. My meds were changed, and I went to see him yesterday and my pressure was almost normal. A fear of mine was being admitted to the hospital, and thanks to his great care, that did not have to happen!

One may have to wait a little bit to see Dr
Memphis Internists Provider Name Locked
, but you will NOT be disappointed, and he is well worth the wait! He takes time and explains everything to you and it seems like YOU are his ONLY patient at the particular time.

I only wish I had started seeing him sooner!

In 8-10 appointments over 12 years or so, I have gleaned a general perception that the office staff is completely insensitive to leaving patients waiting needlessly. I live less than 10 minutes away from the Doctor's office, and have offered to call ahead in case I am going to be seen more than 1-2 hours late but the staff seems unable to comprehend that this would be helpful to me.

A couple of years ago I was offered an appointment at 2pm (the same day as my call) if I could get there within 20 minutes. I dropped everything, rushed over and found there were about 8 people waiting in front of me. By 4:00 I had talked to the staff a couple of times about what was going on. They said that although they knew I couldn't be seen until well after 3:00, they told me to come at 2:00 since that was the only appointment time available on the computer. I wound up not being seen until after 4:30. It seemed beyond their comprehension that they could have put me into the computer at 2:00pm and then told me to come at 3:30pm since they knew they appointments were backed up.

During the wait the tv plays medical waiting room shows (for which assume the Doctor is being paid), and no one is allowed to mute the tv (even when I was the last patient waiting), so reading requires concentration.

Also some of the staff seems deficient in basic math. I was told that 8am until 2pm qualifed as a sufficient fasting period before giving blood for analysis. When I showed up to give the blood the lab technician asked me if I had eaten in the past 12 hours, I told her the receptionist had told me 6 was enough, then I listened as the lab technician tried to explain to the receptionist how to calculate 12 hours. The fact that I had to make another trip after having an actual 12 hour fast did not seem to bother the anyone.

I have also learned that --apparently, like many Doctor's offices -- patients are seen in the sequence that they arrive, not based on their appointment times. So to see the Doctor without a lengthy wait, try getting the first appointment after lunch and show up 30 minutes early. You'll be first on the sign-in sheet and that might help.

I have been going to her for about 13 years. She is very attentive. When she sees me again, asks me about things - almost like she remembers me and that is what I like about her. She does not hesitate to call to refill my maintenance medications.

He was recommended to me by my eye surgeon. He is quite a young doctor and pretty much up to date on all the recent medical practices. He keeps himself well aware of medicines and new medicines. I like the fact that he tries to avoid putting me on a lot of high priced medicines. Instead he tries natural methods to keep my cholesterol down, than using the medicines. He does a good job, but I have to be prepared for a long wait. He is fairly knowledgeable and good about what he does. I had picked up some kind of a rash, on which I used some medicines, but it kept spreading. I then consulted him, he tried to stop it, but it still didn’t go, after which he referred me to a dermatologist. I liked the fact that he got me in quickly and referred me to the dermatologist quickly, too. It took me about a week to get in to both the doctors. Sometimes I get to see his nurse practioner, which seems to be okay. I always

’t get to see him. He and his partner split and the partner took most of the senior staff along and Dr.

is a bit held up with re-staffing, but he still seems to be taking care of the job. He seems to be dealing with a lot emergencies and sometimes I end up waiting 2 ½ to 3 hours. His communication is excellent and the treatment has been effective with the medicines and the natural methods. I haven’t had any problem with the billing and administration. I go through Medco for ordering my medicines. When my prescription runs out, they send an email to the doctor and the doctor’s staff responds within a day’s time to renew my prescription. This whole process of billing works great. I will continue to use him in future.

Everytime I go it normally takes about 45 minutes to an hour from my appointment time before I am seen by Dr.
Memphis Internists Provider Name Locked
. It is obvious that Dr.
Memphis Internists Provider Name Locked
is a very intelligent Dr., however you can tell that his day is very compressed and pressured to see as many patients as possible. This worries me as I can tell he has alot of things on his mind and he doesn't appear to be totally focused on me. Also his staff will interrupt his visit with me to discuss other issues and again I can see he has lost focus on my issues. I think if he was able to cut back on the amount of patients he sees daily and would institute a policy of no interrupts while with a patient Dr.
Memphis Internists Provider Name Locked
would be an excellent Dr. When there are that many distractions in your practice you are opening up opportunities for human error. I say I would see him again and I say that only because it is so hard to find other doctors on my insurance plan.
