Oh yes. I had gone to my credit union to stop payments but the payment company used a different name and my prior info to continue withdrawing from my account. Finally, with hours spent on the phone I think I am finally finished with it all. Also beware that it is up to you to see that your system is connected because I was informed that

"The installation went fine, however the system (in particular, the remote control devices) has not worked correctly since the installation. The customer service and follow up has been substandard. They have come out in the past when we call them to report another problem and have always "adjusted" something, but it never completely solves the problem. I called the company one Friday afternoon and the phone rang without response..no answer, no voice mail, no answering service, nothing. They are making an attempt to support us, but it requires multiple phone calls with no follow up to find out how the system is working. Customer service needs a great deal of work."
