"I contacted
at
after seeing good reviews on Angie's List. He responded promptly, and within a few days, he came to our condo downtown to give us a quote, and by the next week, the flooring was installed. He was very involved along the way to ensure we were happy with the service and followed up afterward to make sure we liked the new floors. Needless to say, we loved the service and are very happy with how the job turned out. We would definitely use them again!

"The installation couldn't have gone better.
and
showed up on time the first day and did a great job of laying the wood. They were efficient, quiet and cleaned up beautifully. The next day,
and
installed the carpet. Again, they were on time and very organized. There was a lot of furniture to move and they did it without a problem. When they left, the rooms were back in order and the old carpet was rolled and taken away. We could not have had a more pleasant experience and we would certainly recommend
and his crew without reservation.

"He was very good. He brought a lot of workers to help get the floor ready for the new floor. They put it down in about a day and a few hours. They were prompt and worked long hours."

"They were slow to start before signing the contract, but we did not rush after we entered contract the started as soon as all orders had been received. But it turned out to be that more extensive work needed."

"We had a very positive experience (as positive as it can be having your floors replaced while living in your house!!). From the beginning, we were not sure what we would need to do. We had been told by a couple of contractors that the floors could not be refinished. We do live in

in a 100+ year old house. When Bill arrived, he confirmed the same story but did face the problem differently. His goal was to get the floors back to a state that would make them sustainable and restore them to as close to the original as would allow this.
We ended up selecting a mixture of nail down oaks with a walnut boarder around the room. We also did natural slate in the kitchen. As with any jobs of this size, we faced hiccups (tile was delayed for example), but the team was able to take it in stride and did what was needed to complete the job. The process was surprisingly not as dusty as we expected - there was some dust, but it was very controllable. We felt comfortable leaving them in our house for the day while we went to work. Many days the team worked 7 to 6 to try to get the job done in the window we had planned!
And between Bill and

, they thought of everything. We were able to turn the job over to them and not be concerned with the small details because they were all taken care of!!
The floors are beautiful, and we are now working on scheduling a second job with them.

"We were referred to
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
by Midtown Hardwood and Tile.
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was very patient and helpful in the processing of determining the flooring material we would use. She provided me sample boards to try in the house when I had finally narrowed it down to a manageable number. She even suggested a local business that had the tile installed in the pattern I was contemplating that might help me envision the end result.
They do sell to the public and do not do contractor pricing - based on the comparisons I did, they were competitive in pricing once shipping and total cost was taken into consideration.
We were very satisfied with the end product as well as the customer service we received throughout the process!

"I hired

, in particular,
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
, to do work for me this fall. From the beginning
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
was very quick and helpful with giving me ideas on how to do the projects I wanted to do. He was able to understand what I wanted and create it exactly as I had envisioned it.
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
has a very good eye for what looks good, what works and what will increase the value of your home. He was always easy to get a hold of and almost always got back with me promptly anytime I needed anything. The guys he had working with him were great. They were clean, respectfully, did excellent work and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. My project required a little imagination because it involved creating a doorway where there wasn't one and
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
did an excellent job with that. I was very please with the work
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and his crew did and I was happy with what they charged. I felt their prices were fair and they always made sure a job was done right. It has been a couple weeks now since they completed the job and I had a few small things like a loose piece of flooring occurred, but I let them know and they were out within a day to fix it. I expect things like that to happen after a major project and as long as the contractor comes back and makes sure its the way it supposed to be without charging me I don't mind.
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
always made sure that everything was completed the way I wanted it without cutting corners. If I do any more renovations in my home I will most certainly use
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
and I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is considering hiring a contractor.

"Day one-Thursday- floors were sanded and stained by 5:00 (strong smell). Day two-Friday- first ply coat at 8am, second around 1pm, and third coat done by 5 p.m. We moved furniture back on the floors morning of day 3, Sat. (no smell from the water based finish). In all, it only took 48 hours, and we were moving furniture back on our floors. I had practically no dust to clean up at all! Bill was great from the moment he came to my house until he called me for the final follow-up at 8a.m. Sat morning. When he came for the estimate, he answered ALL of my questions. He was very patient and kind. He was on site for a lot of the work, even doing some himself, in addition to the work done by his workers, who were also professional. Finally, he called me to go over cleaning and care instructions 12 hours after the entire process was complete. Also, his office manager,
Memphis Flooring Installers Provider Name Locked
, does most of the correspondence with you once you get Bill to come out and give the estimate. I emailed her back and forth multiple times. She got back to me immediately about every question and/or change I wanted to make to my order/estimate. She was king, patient, and professional as well. As far as the price goes, Bill beat out another place I had to also give me an estimate, but his estimate was close to the other. But Bill's knowledge, professionalism, and their company's punctuality actually won me over. The only downfalls I see to the process are two: First, the stain smell is a bit strong. Be prepared to have your windows open for a while. I kind of like the residual smell, because it smells like new construction. I know for some, though, the odor may be bothersome. Secondly, if you don't choose to remove your trim, it will have stain on it by the time they are through, so you will have to repaint. Bill warned me of this, so it is of no surprise. We have chosen to ignore it for now! We don't want to get paint on the beautiful floors. Excellent experience. We WILL have him do the rest of our house one day!

"The installers were very efficient and professional and communicated every step of the process. The workmanship was excellent and there were even 3 boxes of flooring left over due to the skill of the installer. We are very happy with the laminate flooring and would highly recommend them again."
