. 28th, the door was promised by the weekend or it would be free. On Mon. Feb. 4, I called because we still had no door. "Free" was rescinded. Said someone had called on Sat. to set up delivery THAT DAY, despite the fact they didn't reach us and no message was left. We still set up Friday for install. We did not get call Fri. to set time. We called, asked for owner. He didn't call back, receptionist did. Said contract terminated, deposit refunded. NO REASON! Much more. And Visa didn't show refund."

"Overall, the experience was good. He spent a week (5 days) fixing everything I'd let go around the house for the past 2 years. He had a co-worker during the days he was installing the gate due to its size and weight. He cleaned up and was delayed slightly by bad weather for a few days. I had to wait three weeks to have the work completed but it was worth it. Next year I'll do it again."
