"Overall, the experience was good. He spent a week (5 days) fixing everything I'd let go around the house for the past 2 years. He had a co-worker during the days he was installing the gate due to its size and weight. He cleaned up and was delayed slightly by bad weather for a few days. I had to wait three weeks to have the work completed but it was worth it. Next year I'll do it again."

"I waited all day for days and they just had one excuse after another. They promised the guy would be here and he never showed. If they were honest, I would not of had to wait all day. When I originally went there they had a big beautiful showroom. They showed me pictures and had great customer service. Afterwards was bad. Until this day, I am still fighting about the bill. It was supposed to be $510 for the floor and $95 to break up the entryway. When I got the bill, it was doubled. It has been a long time and they just finally took off the $510. I am still fighting for the rest of it. I showed the bill to the general manager and he snatched it out of my hand and made a copy of it. It was ridiculous."
