"He showed up on time and noticed what type of detergent we were using and diagnosed the problem immediately, but the part had to be ordered and would take from one to seven days. He returned five days later and replaced the part, so everything is back to normal"

"My husband pulled the dryer off the shelf that held it (Stacked above washing machine) and moved it our to the deck to make it more convenient for the repairman. The repairman opened the back and without looking at anything else...stated that the motor burned out because we had it installed improperly and lint was not removed. Therefore we would have to pay for a new motor as this was not average wear and tear. #1, We did not install it,a company did #2, He did not go under the house where the dryer is vented to see if it caught on fire because of the lint .#3, I removed the lint from the dryer every time I did a load. EVERY TIME! #4 The repairman was very rude and short with my husband so customer service was totally missing! And later we found that a direction sheet was what burned...not lint. He didn't even notice. This company is employed by AHA and I will also report on them."

's were prompt and polite. They were quick to identify the problems and actually contacted a plumber and arranged the plumbing call with the home warranty company to correct a concurrent problem. It took a week to get the parts needed to complete the repair, but they were out here the next day to finish the job.
