"The employees in the flooring department at

(where window treatments are also sold) were almost uniformly inept and unable to complete their jobs. We were given misinformation about the blinds, then we attempted to start an order and found that the sales guy hadn't ever submitted the order. After several visits and a total of 3-4 hours' investment of time, someone from the customer service area was able to actually get the order submitted. It took an additional 30 minutes to get all the computer glitches worked out so we could pay for the order. A week later, I was contacted about a minor problem with our order; that was resolved after 3-4 phone calls. The blinds arrived at my house, and I could not reach the installer for weeks. We played phone tag and I had to leave them pages about 5 times daily. An installation date was set (for a time convenient for the INSTALLER, not me) and was subsequently canceled by the installer. My blinds still aren't installed."
