He showed up perfectly on time and was polite and helpful as we walked around the building and discussed the job. He proposed a number of different options for materials in several cases and explained the merits and demerits of each one clearly but let me make my own choices without any pressure (he also told me he would provide separate estimates for different materials, which he did). After we were done walking the site, he stayed with a ladder and tape measure and took more precise measurements of the work to be done. He told me he would send me an estimate by e-mail within one day, which he did. He also responded quickly to two follow-up questions I had. I offered to pay him for doing the estimate, but he declined my offer, saying he hoped to do the job for us. I was very impressed with the whole process and will hire

"This is a very professional business. This job started out as what I thought would be a

replacement of a rotted board at the bottom of the chimney chase. The repairman quickly noted that the rotting was caused by a water leak. He removed some of the siding and showed me that the rotting was much more extensive. He thoroughly explained the repairs needed and that the cost of the job would be quite a bit more than the what we originally thought. The men who did the work were experienced and professional. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up all the rotted wood and insulation. The people in the office who I talked with over the phone were also very professional. In short, I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I highly recommend

"Unfortunately, the workmen did a sloppy job. We had gone to some expense putting a wire cover on our gutters. It was put back bent, badly joined so debris could get in easily and not snapped in at the edges in many places. Garbage was thrown into the gutter before covering it. The cuttings and junk came flying out the downspout at the first couple of rainstorms and who knew what was left in there to clog the gutter. The roof vent they placed right in front of a study window when they had other choices to place it out of sight. That was just careless. To their credit, the salesperson responded promptly to our call of dissatisfaction. He had the team foreman come back and fix the gutter and offered to move the vent which we declined. They ultimately did the work properly, but the initial garbage, handprints, and a mangled expensive gutter screen left us not feeling confident in the company. Next time, we will check Angie?s list and also obtain two to three bids before doing any work on the house."

"The estimation and evaluation process went very well. They suggested options we never thought of that even saved us money! Encouraging us to go with a less expensive glass door design, because it would probably look too much out of place in our condo complex. The product and sizes ordered were spot on.
