The sewer tech used the video camera without asking me first if I wanted that service. Furthermore, he said someone would follow up with me after viewing the video in the office. I got a bill for the video service and no one called. When I called their office, they immediately removed the video charge, and one of their sewer experts subsequently called with a diagnosis based on the video. Now I'm on a program where they call me regularly for sewer maintenance. On the next call I will probably ask them to rout out the sewer line all the way to the street, as the problem is a typical one for

When I put the faucet back together, I failed to insert one of the two washers. The missing washer allowed water to flow back up into the hollow faucet body and drip into the cabinet below the sink.
