"I spent less than $200. They were responsible for doing my heating plant at my home. So, I have them out to do service. They are very good. However, it is dependent on the person who comes out. I have had mixed experiences with them. It all depends on which of the two owners come out. It is great when I get the one guy and it is terrible when I get the other guy. Their price is average. It's like paying a cover charge AND a drink minimum in a night club. As I say, we knew how they charge, and the work was excellent. I'd prefer it if their pricing structure were different. But they are professionals, and we appreciate their work."

"This was a Saturday. $100 to talk to the dispatcher who was rude. $100 for the trip charge. Technician could not find the problem, but "cleaned" the furnace - total bill $350. Since he could not find the problem, their work was guaranteed for 30 days. As he was leaving he mentioned that if it was my blower motor, it would be $3,000. In May it started happening again (way past the 30 day guarantee), so I had the company come out who installed the furnace. This technician found the problem right away and replaced the furnace motor ($450 - NOT $3,000). He stated I could get a whole new furnace for $3,000. The problem has not returned. "
