within a week. She also answered a few questions I had about their stylist level system. She told me to come a little early, as there was a short sheet to fill out. This

runs very efficiently, and time is something they take very seriously. They realize that when they finish late with one client, it will mess up the times for all their clients later. They really respect your time.

can cut hair! I've never had a haircut quite like the ones I get with

starts with a consultation to get a feel for what you want, she then moves you to the soothing darkened shampoo area, where she also gives your head a fabulous massage. You are offered water, and then walk back through the beautiful spa to her station, where she proceeds to do her magic, all the while keeping up very pleasant conversation.

has said to me, "There is no crying in my chair," meaning, she wants you to be thrilled with your cut - she doesn't take off too much, always consults you about the length, asks pertinent questions, and all-around gives a great cut! I've never had a cut that looks so great for such a long period of time! I don't know what she does exactly that's different, but I can go literally 6 months without a cut before I realize it needs one. She knows how to keep current, knows what's on-trend, and really tries hard to make sure you get a great cut that you're going to look great in! It's almost a shame they don't accept tips - because she'd be worth every penny! (But not worrying about a tip makes the whole experience SO much less stressful!) I've gone back to

several times, and she has my complete and total loyalty forever. I've had some pretty decent stylists, but never one like her. My mom even goes to

when she visits from California! She also says that

is amazing! This summer, when my mom visited, she made an appointment, and was called the morning of her appointment to be told that

was out sick that day. The receptionist said that there was another stylist (a higher level), who was actually available at the same time my mom was slotted to see

. Mom was bummed to miss

, but took the appointment with the other stylist. She was thrilled with her results, and kept commenting on how much she also liked this stylist and how she cut hair. (Sorry - I don't recall her name...) She said she'd be more than happy to visit

again for either stylist. Overall, I have been thrilled with my experiences at

for all my services. I met her at the beauty college about 4 or so years ago and have been going to her ever since. She is always open to my ideas and can cut my hair in a way that works with my hair, yet matches the look and style I am going for. She has an eye for the latest styles and keeps up with hair trends. "This is a great place to go for a haircut. My stylist

was very friendly and did an excellent job layering my hair. It is a nice place and has very reasonable prices."

"My experience during my time there was extremely relaxing with a very attentive staff. Their spa is secluded from their

area to prevent noise from interrupting. Going from one service to another, they offered a relaxing sitting area with water or tea, but my wait was not long at all so it seemed that they were really good with scheduling since my services involved multiple providers. The services themselves were very satisfying though I must say that without the discounts I received, I would not have spent their original asking price for the Siddah Herbal Escape or the Facial since they seemed high compared to other spas I have visited. Overall, I was very satisfied with the value for the price once you consider the discounts. Additionally, they went above and beyond as I wanted to go out afterwards but my hair and makeup were a mess. They did a complimentary touch up for my makeup and hair so that I looked presentable when I left. The makeup artist did a fabulous job and really focused on me even though the service she provided was free."

St. canceled on me at 3:30 for an appointment at 4:00, so I checked out Angie's List for other recommendations. I saw

's had on line booking, so I tried that out their on line booking system is awesome. I went to book at 3:45 and it told me there was a slot open for 4:00, so I took that and raced over there. I got there before they even knew I had booked the appointment and they accommodated me with no problems whatsoever. The staff was polite and complimentary and the haircut was perfect, which makes me feel better about the price. The on line booking is worth a few bucks, though, for sure."

"I have been using her services for thirty five years now. She has so much experience, she has been doing this for a long time. She offers a wide variety of services and is good at all of them. If there is something she is not really good, she will tell you that she is not good at it and then refer out."

Service is immediate if a chair is open, though I have had to wait up to 30 min. for prior arrivals. Prices are up front and posted on a sign on the wall.
