did an excellent job on my repair and I would definitely use them again. I have recommended their services to a couple of friends. One of my friends already had fix their siding related problems and they were extremely happy with the outcome. Our contact at was and he was very timely in getting me an estimate and doing the work. I had contacted a total of 4 companies. Two never showed up to give me an estimate. The 3rd company did finally give me an estimate, but I had to call back multiple times. Their quote was double the estimate from and only covered replacement of one piece of fascia. Bottom line: A great job and a great price! Thank you !"

"The carpentry work done by is excellent. All other work was done by sub-contractors. They took time for discussions with me and time to do a very careful job. They worked around my desire to do painting, staining, varnishing and wallpapering myself. I was told that, unlike other general contractors, they inform the client that they charge 20% for handling dealings with the subcontractors. The honesty is nice, but 20% seems excessive to me. They did a bit of carpentry for me at no charge, namely, constructing an arch over a path so that the rain downspout will not on the path."

"The repairs were done in just a couple hours. First the roofer came buy to install the new tiles and then the gutter man came to replace the bent sections of gutter, even replacing the gutter guard as in the original gutter. The workers were fast, friendly and even cleaned up afterward."

"They gave me a quote before they did the job. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They did a good job. I got a couple of other bids, but they had the best value for the money and for the service they provided. My interaction with them was fine. They cleaned up well. The product was good. We did have an issue with one of the windows and they resolved it very quickly. They did everything well. They were little over priced. We got a new roof installed this fall and we got an estimate from them. We didn?t go with them because they were considerably more expensive than the company I ended up going with, but I know that they would have done a good job if we had hired them. "

"I called of and he made an appointment to meet me at the building within about three business days. He showed up perfectly on time and was polite and helpful as we walked around the building and discussed the job. He proposed a number of different options for materials in several cases and explained the merits and demerits of each one clearly but let me make my own choices without any pressure (he also told me he would provide separate estimates for different materials, which he did). After we were done walking the site, he stayed with a ladder and tape measure and took more precise measurements of the work to be done. He told me he would send me an estimate by e-mail within one day, which he did. He also responded quickly to two follow-up questions I had. I offered to pay him for doing the estimate, but he declined my offer, saying he hoped to do the job for us. I was very impressed with the whole process and will hire and instantly to do the job if we go ahead and buy this building."

"We gathered 3 competitive quotes in the mid-August timeframe and were finally able to sign 's proposal a month later. We decided upon because they had the most reasonable price, and was the most knowledgeable about all the construction/replacement/installation aspects of this job. and his crew were always spot-on in arriving when he said they would; all communications were clear and prompt from start to finish. was also very agreeable in supplying us with references, a certificate of their workers compensation insurance policy, and a release of of materials from the supplier. We learned that also does painting. So we’ll be contacting them in the spring for further restoration of our old home."

" usually called me back quite promptly and was easy to talk to. He came to do the estimate quickly and seems very honest and decent. He had to postpone slightly, but it was within reason. He and his helper cleaned up afterward, and when I complained about their dumping gutter junk in the garbage, he removed it and left a clean garbage container. He offered to do a couple of gutter cleanings to be included in the price I paid for the new gutters. I think I could have found a cheaper provider, but I think he took more care than most and thought about the problems my unique situation presented. Overall, I was very pleased. It hasn't rained yet though!"
