"Old door was about 10 years old and had long springs. I replaced the pulleys and removed the top secion of the 16' door before calling for a quote. They came promptly and gave us an estimate that it wouldn't be possible to match the top section of the door at this time and recommended replacing the whole door with a safer new one that uses a torsion spring system at an installed cost of $850. The installer came as arranged and did a good job. He my have missed adjusting the downward force of the opener. At any rate, it was a couple weeks later that I happened to try stopping the door by grabbing it, and found that it needed adjusting. It's probably not that critical, since the light beam safety would probably reverse the door in a real-life situation and the adjustment was easy to do."

"I called Overhead because that's the brand of door installed in my garage. They scheduled a visit for the next day. The repair man said he could stretch the existing seal if I didn't want to bother with a new one. I chose to have a new one installed. It took a little extra work to pop the rivets that held the old seal but the new one went in quickly and it covered the gap. I'm very happy with the result."

to take a look at it and they answered my call within 20 minutes and came over a few hours later. After inspecting the garage door and opener, I received a quote that was very reasonable and he had the parts on site so he replaced the unit right then and there! He showed me the issue with my broken unit (shows me that they are an honest company not trying to rip you off) and then explained how the new unit would work. Not only did he fix my garage door but he fixed my leaking gutter too...I would recommend Aspen to anyone and everyone I meet that is need of a new door or a repair. The quality, service and price I received are hard to find these days- this business has what many businesses are lacking, a true appreciation for their clients and their reputation. Plus they include a three year labor warranty so no worries for a long time!"

"We called the company to get information on repair or replacement of the opener. came to the house in an hour, checked over the unit and determined it could be repaired. He was able to perform the work immediately, which included lubing tracks and hinges and adjusting the springs. Also, we never had a working receiver and remotes for the opener. was able to take care of that for us during this repair. Work was done professionally and efficiently and we would not hesitate to use them again. "

"I paid more for a Craftsman thinking it was a quality product, but it broke a year to the day after I bought it. kept transferring me all over the place (the store, Craftsman customer service, installation department, etc.) - probably 5 different numbers, and no one could offer anything other than scheduling a service call or transferring me to another number. "I called them around noon and they sent someone over by 2:30pm the same day to look at the issue and provided us a quote in the next 30 minutes.
