They lost track of our entire bathroom floor order early on, and could not tell us whether the vinyl was ordered from the manufacturer. With the carpet order, they lost my directions on how to bind and divide the carpet, resulting in a several week delay. They told me they do not ordinarily deliver carpets, but did eventually agree to drop it off at our house. The carpet was in good condition, and I am satisfied with it. Then they neglected to bill me for the remainder of the balance for several months. After I sent them our check, which they cashed within a week, they resent the same bill two months later. This business appears to be very disorganized, and I wouldn't go through the hassle of dealing with their chaos again."
