"Last fall they hung a door and some other things. He had a very good person who did most of the work and he was excellent.

Broom is the man for everything. He is the owner of the business. He is awesome. I hire him to help me with projects that I don't have the tools for. I am lucky. I have had good people working for me and have not felt like somebody was taking advantage of me. I never knew what to do with the room he put the shelves in but it has now become a pantry, art supply room, and a storage room with a freezer space. I wanted a small freezer unit and I got a unit that was a perfect fit. The shelves are awesome. I am really happy about that. The exhaust fan was heavy so we had to work hard on that. We worked together and I helped him with some of the other stuff. He is going to help me finish my ceiling. He has helped me with some little projects all around the house. He is always helping me buy things that I need for the house since he sometimes gets a better deal than I would. He is going to help me remodel my bathroom with me. He will help me tile the bathroom. I am an artist doing some other stuff. He is the first handyman out of 6 or 7 I talked to who is willing to do anything I need done and willing to work with me. His rates are great in comparison to another handyman that I talked to and who is affordable.

is certainly reasonable and does great work. If he can't do something he will recommend for me to get a professional for that specific case. He got a friend of his who is a professional plumber to come and double check on the plumbing. The pipes were leaking and he wasn't happy with it. I would continue to use him in the future."

These windows had a good reputation and the sample they brought looked nice. Despite it being a busy time of the year the installation date was less than a month after we agreed to the purchase. The workers came on one of the worst days of the year--we had just had 18 inches of snow and the high temperature was just above 0 for the two days they worked. I wasn't able to be there when they were but everything was quite clean and nice after they left. A mistake was made on the first day. One window had its crank on the wrong side so we called. The next day the doors were put in, outside trim was finished and the mistake was corrected. No fuss, no problems! The look of the windows and doors is such a great improvement. The expanse of glass in the casement windows really does a nice job of expanding our view. Finally having a window in the front door really brightens the corner of our living room. We will no longer have to install storm windows every fall and screens in the spring, or stand outside on ladders to wash the outsides of the windows. The house is less drafty and we are very happy!"
