"Friends raved about the hygienist at this office, so I went. She is great. After she did all the work, a dentist came in and said he'd look over x-rays and I should make another appointment. did not call. Weeks later, I made an appt. with my previous dentist and asked Associated for copies of my x-rays. They gave me a xerox and I subsequently let them know I would not be coming back. Then Dr.

called me to tell me how surprised he was that I was leaving. I explained that I was sorry he had not been able to give me a therapy plan. I was calm and even complimented him on his excellent staff. Then he really blew it. He explained that he had taken time to consult with another dentist, blah, blah and then said, "I hope whoever you are seeing got a consultation." I signed off more sweetly than Pollyanna."

"We were very unhappy. We went is for a general check up and were planning on using her for our local dentist. The practice is only about half a mile away and it is quite a new office. My wife said she was unfriendly and she did explain what her problems were and what it was going to cost. She told her that the amount was $16,000 with no explanation.
