"The inspector came out to a home I am in the process of purchasing to inspect the chimney, he did a great job, took the time to explain the minor details that I asked about and really gave me the confidence that the chimney (which the inspector questioned) was in good working condition for being 70+ years old. They are a little disorganized as far as call backs (I had to call again), and as far as getting the pricing nailed down (not in a bad way, the price kept getting lower than the original estimate, but I expected to be able to write a check at service, and will have to mail it in to them)."
