She was very courteous and professional in doing so. She gave me sound advice that there was no need to replace my dryer at this time if it was still working well. She had rebate information about the machine I purchased and made a duplicate copy of the receipt to submit with the rebate. She apologized that the machine could not be delivered the next day - Friday. But it arrived promptly as scheduled on Monday. The delivery installation people were also courteous and worked quickly but carefully."

Despite repeated calls, K-H finally sent a repairman 5 days later. After spending nearly $1000 on a new dishwasher, I was left to wash dishes by hand for 5 days, while trying to sell my house and keep it ready at all times for showings. A letter to the president of the company has gone unanswered so far for 5 weeks."
