"The original salesperson was great and very responsive. They came in, gave me an accurate quote and we ordered the windows. They said it would take about 4-6 weeks as each window is built to order. I had to call them after about 5 weeks to check the status and turned out the windows were in. There was a bit of phone tag as the salesperson had left the company and they were a man down - so I understand that they were busy, but was a little frustrated that I hadn't been contacted about the windows arriving. We scheduled the installation date and the new windows look great. My only complaint is that a lot of the spray foam they used stuck out too far and we have had to cut it down. However, we were doing a major renovation in the house and didn't have the trim for some the windows - so the ones where we had the trim were fine."
