"         From my first contact with the company through the finished job, all my concerns were addressed. They stayed with the job until it was complete. I was very satisfied with their work and would not hesitate to use the company again or to refer someone to them."
A
"He fixed the problem promptly.  Their prices were extremely reasonable and were below what they probably should have been.  I got three estimates for a roof repair in 2009 and their estimate was by far the most reasonable, most thorough, and most professional.  In his inspection of my roof, he saw that my chimney was about to crumble so they fixed that very reasonably.  I also had some siding that was blown off during the storm and, again, he fixed it reasonable.  He discovered that the person who put it up had used the wrong size nails so he took down the siding from the whole wall to make sure it was put up correctly and he didn’t charge me extra."

paint stripes in my dining room which he had not done before. He was willng to learn how to do this and did it very well. I am thrilled with the results. He is attentive to details, going over all the windows thoroughly to caulk and check fit and tightness. His employees are courteous and do not waste time.

"It was great that I barely had to put any effort in with them to get them to fix this. I had a little trouble getting them out to estimate the job at first, but that may have been related to the fact that it had just snowed and was freezing so they may have been backed up with jobs. However, they always promptly answered or returned my calls to let me know the status. I didn't have to be at my house at any point to get them there or check on them and the best part is that they expertly completed the work without any sort of payment and just billed me later! This prevented several more days going by with the side of my house exposed to the elements and I really appreciated that. They came exactly when they said they would and rapidly repaired it. The craftsmanship looks pretty good to me from the ground, but I suppose the real test will be time to see if it holds up. I am sure it will."

"In very cold conditions the crew put the siding on and cleaned up there work area in two days and it looks great. Very pleased with their work."

"We called and requested an estimate. We got the estimate within a few days. Once we decided to use
Louisville Siding Contractors Provider Name Locked
, they arranged a meeting time to sign the contract. Due to adverse weather conditions, the work could not be started for 2 weeks. The roof was completed within 2 days and all trash was removed. The trim and gutters were completed by another crew 2 weeks later. The gutters and trim were finished after a few days. Invoice sent to house and paid the following week. The company representative was easily accessible and willing to answer questions and concerns."
A
"Showed up on time for appointment, explained the insurance adjuster's complicated paperwork, roof was put on in one day as promised, and it looks better then before that's for sure. Rep. was courteous, professional, and the workers were fast and cleaned everything up as promised."
