"I liked that they are into opening the pools, that's hard to find. What I didn't like was when I scheduled the work, they told me they could do the vacuuming. When the guy actually came, they told me they didn't do that anymore, but they eventually did it. They were nice, and the work was done in a timely manner. I was pleased, but I had to keep calling back."

"They had to use certain chemicals to shock the pool. It's high priced, but it's worth it. Everyone is high priced though. I must say, this is the only company that we would use to maintenance this 45 year old pool. The owner understood this, and he came out himself to work on the pool. He was about the third or forth company that we called about this pool. The pools parts were ancient, and most pool companies weren't familiar with it."

"Overall they were pretty good. There was a miscommunication on when they were coming. I initially thought it was one day and they called back and changed the date. Overall, I thought they were ok. We didn't have them fix the leaks, because we thought the price would be too high."
