"They were very good. They were professional and punctual. They gave me a good estimate, but just not quite as good. They were out bet by $100 or $200. They were very close to the other estimate and it was about $2300 to $2500. I would consider them again for a quote in the future. "

"They were very good. They gave me a good price. They did it quickly and did it well. The painters were very professional. They seemed knowledgeable too. There were no problems afterwards. They followed up to make sure there were no problems. I would use them again in the future. "

"Our experience with
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
was absolutely delightful. If you're reading this, you are probably searching for a painter. Let me just save you some time - THESE ARE THE PEOPLE YOU WANT TO HIRE! I called
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
after seeing the glowing reviews on Angie's List. I hired them due to the wonderful impression I had during our initial contact (phone and e-mail) and the on-site estimate. It was an excellent decision. Their unparalleled customer service begins as soon as you contact the company for an estimate.
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
takes care of setting up the appointments, and within two phone calls I felt as if I'd know her all my life. She is lovely to talk to, friendly, efficient and has an excellent sense of the impact a home-improvement project has on one's life, family and home. Skip,
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
's husband, is the one who looks at the project, assembles the information for the estimate, and ultimately does the work. I immediately felt comfortable with Skip; he is genuinely kind, friendly and has an excellent grasp of what the customer wishes to accomplish. I have never dealt with a team of individuals as conscientious as Skip and his crew. They are so pleasant that I looked forward to their arrival each day. (And their punctuality could give the Swiss trains a run for the money). I also felt entirely comfortable having them in my home - whether I was on my own with them at the house or had to leave for an errand. It is important to feel one can trust service providers - heretofore strangers - coming to one's home. My thoughts are best expressed like this - were I in possession of the crown
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
I could have left them out with
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
a second thought. More than just painters, these gentlemen are truly craftsmen. We have an older home that presents unique challenges for painting - combed plaster, interesting wood work, multiple coats of existing paint in areas - and they managed to make each surface look beautiful! In addition, the paint for the dining room is a faux finish that requires a two-part process. Skip's work there rivals anything I've seen in any glossy, home decor publication. As they finished each part of this project, Skip and his crew made sure I was perfectly satisfied before moving onto the next phase. They also took care of moving, replacing and cleaning up everything. I believe that they left my house cleaner than they found it each day! There are a couple of other things that really stand out for me. One is a stair-rail post, that was newly painted, upon which I tossed a fleece jacket (out of habit). This incident ruined the finish. Fixing my error required two separate trips to sand and repaint the post. This was clearly my fault, and Skip did not charge me one extra penny. Second, part of the soffit and fascia in the front and back of our house had some existing hardware that was not needed; the removal of the hardware was going to leave a number of holes and would require replacement of these pieces. Skip saved us several hundred dollars by simply filling the holes with a bonding agent and
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
area. The result is perfect - one can't tell where the holes once were. In closing, I'd like to say that I hired
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
in the course of an extensive, six-moth home renovation project (part of which was an insurance claim). During that time I dealt with demolitions crews, basement water-proofers, roofers, plumbers, electricians, contractors, project managers, carpenters, siding/gutter teams as well as other painters. Most of those individuals were pleasant and did a good job. However, this was a very, very stressful period. Each day that Skip and his crew were here, they managed to bring my stress level from way up in the stratosphere back down to earth. They set the bar (and it is a high one) for excellent customer service and quality of work. Not only will I hire them again, I look forward to it!

"Skip and
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
instantly felt like friends rather than a contractor hired to do a job. They genuinely care for their customers and treat them like family. The day of the job, Skip and two other guys showed up on time (even a bit early). They spent time making sure that everything was covered and moved from the area. It was obvious that they take great pride in their work and nothing was hastily done. I work from home and was in my office the entire day they worked. The crew was courteous, respectful and even went above and beyond to get my trim paint out of the storage room and touch up a previous owner's "opps". They vacuumed and cleaned everything and moved all furniture back. What struck me most besides the fantastic paint job was they way they folded all their drop cloths and cleaned their equipment when they were finished. It was clear that for these guys - they are serious and care about what they do and, like an artist - leave a lasting impression with their work. Thanks
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
for the great work and positive experience!

Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
is our "go-to guy" when ANYTHING goes wrong in our home. I haven't found anything yet that he can't do, and do well. He and his crew are fast, diligent, honest, incredibly hard-working, and very competent. Most recently, we had a plumbing emergency in an upstairs bathroom. I'll spare you the
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
details, but the net result was a lot of water coming through the floorboards and ceiling. After we got the plumbing issue resolved, we turned to
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
to replace the ceiling drywall in a large area of our foyer. As usual, he got the work done flawlessly and VERY fast. There is nothing
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
can't do.

"The one little portion of the job that they have done is perfect. He never makes a mess. All the lines are perfect and straight. Because it is a stairwell, it gets a lot of bumps and scrapes, so he gave us good advice about what kind of paint to use and what to do about it."

"Upon initially contacting Mr.
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
, I was pleased that he was able to meet me that afternoon for an initial meeting. I explained the many projects I wanted done, putting emphasis on my basement. It was
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
15 and I needed it done by Feb 6 for my annual superbowl party. He tossed around some ideas and then offered to take me to two homes he'd done the bar for. My wife and I went along and saw two beautiful bars--one was a home he'd built and the other was his home (he built it as well). We took ideas from each and started a plan. In two days, he had a quote and more ideas. We scratched off a couple of his ideas but kept many more. I'm very glad he didn't just listen to what I wanted--instead he had input, really good input. Sometimes I'd tell him "no I definitely want it this way" and he'd be fine with that. Other times I asked "what do you think" and usually I was very impressed with his ideas and we went with them. His estimate was higher than I expected but not ridiculous. After seeing the work he could do, I was happy to pay a premium for the better quality. I stressed the Feb 5th deadline (the party was the 6th) and he said he could do it, no problem. We were only 6 weeks away. I was concerned but he reassured me. Once I said GO, I was surprised how quickly he started working. The walls were ripped out the next day and we were planning each phase. He would call me daily with updates and ALWAYS (and I mean always) either answer my call or call me back within an hour. His responsiveness was amazing. We didn't live in the house at the time (planned on moving in just before the party) and every time we went over there we were surprised at the progress. Anytime I asked him about the plan, he had it to the T. "Drywall on Tues, Painters on Wed, Stone is coming next Monday, etc". And the plan was always stuck to. The workers he used were nice and professional. He asked us a few times to go somewhere to pick out a stone, or a paint color, or light fixtures, etc. Sometimes we'd tell him to pick it, sometimes we'd pick it. When we picked it, obviously we liked it. When he picked it, it always worked well with our theme. Throughout the project, I was constantly throwing challenges at him. The biggest was the soda gun system. He had never installed one and neither had I. I had bought it off the internet. Well apparently they are WAY more complicated that you would think. Hook up the system to the water line, add some syrups and CO2 right? Wrong! It was so unbelievably complicated and yet he was at home researching it at night and working 12 hour days installing it. He knew how important the deadline was and I could tell there was NO way he would miss it. Not only was he ahead of schedule, but he even was able to handle all my challenges in time. My extra challenges should have added on time, but he just worked harder. When the party came, everyone was so impressed with my basement. I was so proud. About 1 hour into the party, the kegerator stopped working. I was in panic mode. I called him and asked him what to do. He was busy with his own life (it was sunday at 5pm) but he came right over and fixed it while the party was going. I mean--the guy is a champ. I can't say enough about him. The crowd cheered him as he left to return to his own superbowl party. Seriously, what kind of contractor would do that? Oh and on the final bill, there was no charge for that service call. He's not only a good contractor, he's a good guy. In addition to the amazing bar, which worked perfectly aside from the kegerator hiccup (not his fault), he also did the following odd jobs for me: Built a custom wood display area for my world war 2 antiques, built a custom stand and hookup (and installed) a slot machine I had purchased, worked closely with my home-automation installation team to make sure all the lighting was hooked up correctly, helped me on my shower redo--I had mistakenly let my friend 'contract' the work for it and he messed it up 5 different ways. Mr
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
fixed it every time. He also had my concrete floor stained, some carpet installed, two doors widened. I'm sure there were other things, but I can't remember them all. I just know that now I have a GREAT basement with an amazing bar and I couldn't be happier with Mr
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
. I actually had many projects in the house quoted by him and 2 other firms. He was either the lowest or middle on each. I feel like the basement was expensive, but after seeing those other quotes, maybe he isn't all that high. I know he is worth it though, and there's NO DOUBT I will be using him for every project in the future. I hate to sound like a sales pitch, but I really am just super impressed with this guy. If you want quality work, on schedule, on budget and a contractor that will give input, answer your calls and keep you updated, hire
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked

"Wow! All I can say is "ditto" for all the other great reviews. When I first called for information my call was returned promptly. When
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
said he would come out to provide an estimate he showed up at the exact time promised and was very courteous and professional. He provided a written estimate via e-mail and we worked out all of the details for the work via e-mail. On the scheduled day he showed up with his father, uncle, and 3 other workers. All of them immediately put on shoe covers and spent time getting oriented on exactly what needed to be done. They worked like a well-oiled machine. With a crew of 6 they were able to spread out and work in multiple rooms at a time. They moved furniture where necessary and put it back exactly where it came from when they were done. They covered everything with plastic thoroughly. They took great care when using an extension ladder not to leave any
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
on the wall. I was amazed by how clean the crew left everything. They dusted and vacuumed areas where they worked, and frankly if it weren't for the slight paint smell I wouldn't be able to tell they were ever here.
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
said he thought they could finish in the two days that I had available, and they finished in 1.5 days, even with a little bit of extra work added to their scope at the last minute. There was one VERY minor glitch that was handled quickly and professionally. I noticed there was a small spot of caulk on a sofa. I suspect someone just brushed against it while they were getting ready to leave after Day 1. I pointed it out to
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
on Day 2 and he quickly made sure that it got removed. You can't tell now that it was ever there. Bottom line I was thoroughly impressed by this company and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to a friend.

"The painters were very professional and efficient. No wasted time. They never left a mess and always were on time. The quality of the work exceeded by expectations. Not the cheapest company in town but I feel I got good value for the price. You get what you pay for is true."

"Awesome work! I am writing this letter to highly endorse
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
and
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
to anyone interested in having some remodeling/construction work done at their home or office. Over the years that I have known
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
, he had done many different kinds of jobs for me. He has painted, tiled, trimmed out wood, hung molding, laid granite, totally remodeled our business office, and the granddaddy of them all, a completely gutted and start from scratch, kitchen! The other nice thing about working with
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
is that he is able to quote the complete job and he is very easy to work with. If the work involves a skill or license that
Louisville Interior Painters Provider Name Locked
does not have, He has a good group of people that he has worked with over the years and that he holds to the same high level of quality that he provides himself. You as the home owner do not have to go and find someone on your own to install the light fixture or the new bathtub. (Just try and find a plumber or an electrician to come over and do a small piece of some work. Ha! And good luck there!) I have always been totally satisfied with his work, and his sense of integrity and professionalism. I have no reservations about recommending him to anyone looking for his type of service. Thank you,
