. Of the builders in the area our neighborhood was the most reasonable for the amount of house built. They finished the job on time and were responsive to issues and questions that arose during and after the build. The location of the furnace and water heater makes it difficult to maximize space for a finished basement, and there were some communication mis-steps between the sales agent and the project manager from signing the contract to beginning the build, but once begun everything went smoothly."

"It's ok, but it's not that great. In dealing with them during the building process, on a daily business we found that somethings were not like they said they would be. There was some going back and forth about that. They'd show us the plan and say that we really didn't want it that way. The price I think is alright."

"The plans were supposed to be available in a week and it took two weeks. The home was supposed to take 120 days from contract to be built and it took seven months, before it was completed. The builder would not meet with me on their schedule and I rarely saw him. Instead I had to go through a realtor that worked for the builder."
