had a carpet company come out and correct this issue as soon as I let them know it was not acceptable. A month after completion I asked them to remove the clear caulking and replace it with white caulking in the corners of the shower area due to some unsightly cracking of grout visible underneath the clear caulking. There was no actual damage as the caulk covered the cracks, it was purely aesthetic. Additionally, I found out later that one of the contractors working on my project had not been with them very long, so he had some experience issues. Next time I will be more proactive in checking this out before the work starts."

"They showed up pretty quickly when I called. Once I committed to the project, they were over here and turned it out pretty quickly. Then they came back to repair some of the things they missed and take care of leaks. They didn't disappear once they got the check."
