It required finding a specific switch that would work for our application. It took him a number of weeks to find the right switch. He tried a few, but they didn't work to his satisfaction. Throughout the process he kept us informed of what he was doing and when he'd be doing it. Always asking if it was OK before. He absorbed the cost of one of the switches that didn't work right. I will hire him again, without hesitation, when we need electrical work done."
