He is honest and conscientious and loves to make the customer happy. He is always pleasant, cooperative and willing to listen to the customer's preferences, yet experienced enough to offer suggestions. I had paint stripes in my dining room which he had not done before. He was willng to learn how to do this and did it very well. I am thrilled with the results. He is attentive to details, going over all the windows thoroughly to caulk and check fit and tightness. His employees are courteous and do not waste time."
