Concrete Repair Reviews in Louisville

was very helpful with answering questions and helping with design of new front step. His quote was very fair. They arrived on time each day.
crew was very polite and respectful on the neighbors, my house and landscaping. They worked together as a team. I have zero complaints about the hard working crew.

We hired
to remove a deck and old patio and install a new one. It took weeks of hasseling to even get the project started. It took over 7 weeks to complete. My yard was torn up, and fence was down for the project so was unuseable for my 3 children and dog during the warmer months of the year. After 7 weeks of someone coming by sporadically, the cobblestone patio I wanted installed ended up being a plain concrete pation. I called the owner and he said the only way it could be fixed was by ripping it up and redoing. I was very aggravated about the legnth of time and hasseling I had to do to get someone to come work, I could not imagine another 7 weeks of summer not having my yard availble. I asked to have the concrete stained so that it would look better and he agreed. Two weeks after the patio had been stained the stain was peeling everywhere. They came to re stain and that lasted a short while longer. After this winter the concrete is cracked and pitting and the "stain" is coming off everywhere. We contacted the owner,
, in March to address this, and had a one year warranty. He said he would have it power washed and restained. I asked for a real soultion and not a band aid, that would not even address the crumbling of the patio, which was not what I had asked for in the first place. After this he said he would be out to look at it, then said he would have someone come out again when rain wasn't in the forcast. We never heard from him again, until much more hasseling. Now he has supposedly sold the company to a Mr.
, who we have had contact with since June 1 of this year. He came by and looked at the patio and accused us of using salt on the patio, which we have not done. He was supposed to talk to the previous owner (
) and get back with us. That was three weeks ago, we have repeatedly tried to contact both of them, and have heard nothing. Do not use this company. It has been such a huge joke and I am beyond frustrated with the money and time I have wasted dealing with these people.

Concrete Repair reviews in Louisville

I called twice before getting a return phone call. When the secretary did return my call an appointment was scheduled for
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
to look at our job. He arrived early to the appointment (by about 20 minutes). We discussed the job which consists of about 25-30 ft installation of a new retaining wall. Additionally, we have masonry repair work that is needed on existing stone masonry erected in the 1980's. We have purchased a wall fountain for this area and want it backed with Mountain Stone or similar. All of this was explained &
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
stated he'd have something to me within 4 days via email. Nothing arrived (I checked my spam folder). I called after two weeks & left a message stating that I had yet to receive the estimate & to verify my email address or get the estimate verbally over the telephone. I have not received a return phone call. Why waste everyone's time?

It has not gone well at all. Based on the contract the overlay is still outstanding since
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
2014. The concrete pours (4 in total) were completed

2013. SInce that time the previous owner, working team (
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
), and new owner have been unresponsive to texts, voicemails and even verbal communication. Now when I call I go straight to a full voicemail box.
Over the past 3 months (since the weather has warmed) I have tried to get
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
in to complete the contract overlay work. With delay after delay, and story after story (from weather to material delays, to vacations) I find that not only the business owner has changed but they too will not respond to my requests.
The work that has been done is of good quality and only requires a few minor touch-ups (which I might add are still under warranty, since concrete pouring did not start till late Oct of 2013). I am placing this review to hopefully get a response from
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
. I would either prefer
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
to complete the work they have already been paid 2/3 of to do or negotiate a deal out of the remaining portion of contract.
Regarding the new Owner, you may recall we met a few months back when I paid for your delivery services of 15 loads of dirt for
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
to complete the concrete work. I appreciated the work then and hope we can reach a resolution quickly. This contract has been open for too long and needs completion. If email or text communications are needed I'd be happy to provide those.
Please contact me ASAP.

Called to get an estimate on two concrete crumbling porches and left message. Returned my call the same day and scheduled an estimate appt. for the following day. I explained the naiture of the jobs to the person taking my call.
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
came out as scheduled, looked at the area and told me he was not interested in the job / did not do that type of work. I asked if he could recommend the type of service provider I should look for, but he didn't provide me with any new information.
I am sorry to have wasted both of our time.
I gave an overall C rating because no "NA" was available as an option in the rating system.

Polite, punctual, even offered us a military discount. Only reason we didn't use service is that even with discount we are not able to afford to have the work done.

Not a great job. Sloppy work. Now we need to replace it. Very unhappy. When we called
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
he did not get back with us. Finally we were able to reach him and
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
. He would not even come out to look at the terrible mess we have. Because we used salt during the winter he said he would not even give us a price to replace it. Funny about that. We have another slab of concrete that was pored years earlier by another company and it made it through just fine. Used the same salt on both. We have estimates by other companies and they said that
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
probably used too much water in the concrete mix, in order to cut cost. Terrible company! Stay away from them!

These guys are awesome! My new patio looks outstanding!
We signed with them in late January, early February when the weather was still bad, so we knew it would be awhile before they could get to us.
Louisville Concrete Repair Contractors Provider Name Locked
touched base with me a few times during the next couple months. They were finally able to begin work March 20th, and finished in about 4 days (large patio).
There were a group of about 6 workers. They were very polite, considerate and professional. They also did outstanding work, and were very interested in whether or not I was happy with what they were doing. I categorically avoid being one of those homeowners who has to tell contractors how to do their job, but I was pleased that they asked me what I thought as they went along.
The final results are exceptional. We love it and are looking forward to the weather warming up so we can begin really enjoying it.
Thank you

He showed up on time and gave me a detailed estimate and some good ideas on what I needed done. I did need some resurfacing in a few areas and he said he does not normally do that. He was on time and gave me great information and his price was 2nd cheapest compared to the other 4 estimates I received.
