Another issue was the way the carpet from the hall and bedroom joined the new tile in the bathroom,

had a carpet company come out and correct this issue as soon as I let them know it was not acceptable. A month after completion I asked them to remove the clear caulking and replace it with white caulking in the corners of the shower area due to some unsightly cracking of grout visible underneath the clear caulking. There was no actual damage as the caulk covered the cracks, it was purely aesthetic. Additionally, I found out later that one of the contractors working on my project had not been with them very long, so he had some experience issues. Next time I will be more proactive in checking this out before the work starts."
