"Gave arrival window of two hours, 2-4, called 30 mins. before arriving, arrived at 2:09. Clean cut and polite, he went over the details w/ me and then began first by protecting my house w/ bumper gaurds and a cold weather seal for the door because of the hose going through it and it was 22 degrees F outside. Worked hard till all was finished, collected money, I tipped $20, wiped his foot prints from my foyer and left. This is the 4th or 5th time I've used them, and every time they have done an excellent job. The owner is VERY thorough, I've only had someone else once and although very good, just not quite as good as the owner."

"The service and quality were great. We had some complications. The truck broke down and rather than coming first thing in the morning, they did not come until later in the afternoon. Those things happen. It would have been nice if they could have kept us more in the loop about possible arrival time because there was a lot of waiting without knowing. One other concern - we had asked our sons to come and help us move furniture back, but the carpets were pretty wet. We were assured they would be dry in 2 to 4 hours; however, even after 24 hours, there was still considerable wetness. This is not meant to sound all bad. It was actually very good. Once we got past the broken down truck and the extended drying time, the carpets look beautiful. And the price was good. We would certainly use them again."

"I had just purchased a new home and initially set up an appointment for an estimate via phone. I was told by the call taker that someone would show up between 9a - 12p and if I chose to go with the estimate the work would be done immediately. Consequently I assumed the estimator and the technician would be the same person. I soon found out how wrong I was. The estimator arrived shortly after 12p and examined the areas to be cleaned as well as the number of air ducts. He then provided me with an estimate and said we could schedule a work order. I explained that I was under the impression the work could be done that same day or I wouldn't have waited 3 hours just to receive an estimate. To his credit, the estimator immediately scheduled the work for that same day. Approximately two hours later two air duct technicians arrived and immediately began working on cleaning my vents. I did have some concern that the hose they used to vacuum the vents had a rather large rip or tear in it, although the technician didn't seem too worried about it, nor did I see any debris come through the rip. Afterward I looked at the debris that had been removed and was somewhat surprised that it only appeared to be three or four handfuls of material. A couple of days after they left I did discover 2 vents that they failed to clean. The carpet cleaner arrived about one hour after the air duct techs left and did an outstanding job with the carpeting, pointing out two teeny tiny red stains that he was unable to remove. Overall the experience was satisfactory but I did not expect to spend 8 hours sitting around the house waiting for an estimator and two services. I'm accustomed to estimators arriving at a specific time rather than a 3 hour window and had I known this was the case I would not have chosen to use their services."
